Meine Verlobte und ich blieb hier am 14. Juli 2022 für eine Nacht. Das Hotel war beschäftigt, weil ich nur zwei Parkplätze gefunden habe. Wir fertig buchen und nach Mitternacht checken. Leonard war sehr nett und half uns zu Check-in. Unser Zimmer war ein Standard-Hilton-Zimmer. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Spaziergang in der Dusche, aber der Duscheboden sah schmutzig aus. Das Bett war komfortabel und das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück war verfügbar, aber wir nahmen nicht teil. Ich habe insgesamt $248.65 für eine Nacht bezahlt. Ich dachte wirklich, es war so viel wert. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben, aber nicht für diesen Preis.

Ich habe seit Jahren in diesem Hotel geblieben und es gibt immer eine Art von Zwischenfall oder das andere. Mit dem Manager im Zentrum davon. Sie hatte keine Kleidung der Kundenbetreuung und wie sie im Gastgewerbe ist immer ein Geheimnis für mich. Ich bin nicht in zwei Jahren wegen Covid gewesen. Dieser April konnte ich endlich einen Besuch bezahlen. Zu meiner Freude wurde der Manager durch einen neuen Manager namens Brittany ersetzt. Sie war fantastisch! Sehr berücksichtigend und aufmerksam zu den Bedürfnissen des Kunden. TT der vorherige Manager war weit davon entfernt. Brittany bietet einen Atem von frischem Luft, was genau das, was dieses Hotel braucht. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und alle meine Forderungen wurden erfüllt. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Jahr zurückzukehren.

We had an overall nice stay. The bed was comfortable, even though there was a middle school field trip on the 2nd floor, our floor was relatively quiet and we didn't have any problems with noise keeping us away. Since many of the hotel guests were on buses, we didn't have to go around back ever to find parking. I had read there were sometimes problems at the back of the parking lot and I can understand why with the woods there. It was convenient to walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner one night. The negatives: The pillows were extremely uncomfortable for both of us. Usually, I prefer the feather (or down-like) pillows and my husband prefers the feather-free type in Hampton Inns, but neither of us liked these. They seemed to be filled with air and then went flat when I laid my head on it. Breakfast was not as good as other Hampton Inn stays in the past year. The regular waffle batter was either too thick to come out or was empty for two days. The one morning, we were there an hour before breakfast ended and there was almost nothing in the bread and pastry box and other items were out as well. I stood around for a while to ask a worker about it, but eventually gave up when I didn't see anyone. Additionally, with a sign on the bathroom mirror that says Housekeeping only upon request, I was quite upset to come back and see my room had been cleaned. I know you usually hear the opposite, but if housekeeping is coming into my room, I put away my electronics, move my pajamas off of the bed and more.

Der Hotelaufenthalt war super! Das Personal half, wenn wir etwas brauchten und die Zimmer waren besser als ich erwartet hatte.

Ihre Unterstützung und Qualität sind verständlich, und Ihre Service hat immer über dem Durchschnitt liegen. Letzten Monat (September7-11) hat sich ein neuer Kellner Jennifer Wallace als Kontaktstelle in unseren Buchungsprozess eingebracht. In der Vergangenheit hatte Pam immer einen hervorragenden Service als Kontaktstelle geliefert. Diese neue Gesprächsleiterin Jennifer Wallace war ungeduldig, unüberlegt und schien den meisten Zeiten verwirrt zu sein, was zu einem insgesamt schlechten Kundenserviceerlebnis führte. Die Unordnung war so viel, dass sie zu einem Überschuss und dann zu einer späteren Weigerung, den Überschuss zu erstatten. Das ist ein schlechtes Geschäft!
