Bayfront Westcott House Bed & Breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bed-and-breakfast. The people who serve us went above and beyond. View of the bay was amazing and we always felt welcomed. The breakfasts were outstanding. The town was very accessible from the bed-and-breakfast, which made it easy to enjoy the city.

A trip to St. Augustine has been on my bucket list and I decided to visit the week of July 4th, Saturday to Saturday. Travelling solo, I wanted to stay somewhere I would have an opportunity for socializing so realized a hotel wasn't going to check that box, but a B&B would. I asked friends for lodging recommendations and scoured Trip Advisor until I landed at the Bayfront Westcott. This was an excellent decision! I made my room reservations online and included a couple of add-ons. From the time I confirmed my reservations to the time I arrived, I received text updates from the staff, who were all incredibly accommodating when it came to scheduling my Food & Wine walking tour and in-room massage. The entire week I was there, I felt at home, but pampered! What more could you want on a vacation? Myra and her team work non-stop to provide an exclusive experience, enhanced by a sincerely welcoming vibe, and they make it all seem effortless. They really are amazing!! My room, The Caroline, is located in the main house and is lovely. It's comfortable, charming, and located off the parlor just feet away from the nightly 'sweet treats' table. Oh My! I enjoyed my fair share of homemade cake and cookies that week. And breakfast was equally special every single day. I mean, just look at the pictures I posted! It's the little things.... am I wrong? The Westcott is very conveniently located within walking distance to the St. Augustine attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle on a quiet part of Avenida Menendez. After walking and touring all day, it was nice to receive the daily 'social hour is beginning' text, reminding all the guests that food and drinks were awaiting, should you choose to join. I found this a nice way to either wind down the day or regroup for evening plans. I could go on and on, but you should experience this gem for yourself. I'm already planning my return trip for Nights of Lights this season. Thank you to the Bayfront Westcott family for making my vacation wonderful! And yes, I did order the same pillows that were in my room for my home. Love them!

Great location. Over the top service. Over the top breakfast. Really nice bathroom. For a protected historic building, heck of a job. Free happy hour. Because of light crowd, each guest room got their own cheese plate. One of the best places ever stayed.

My husband and I went on a much need vacation, and had a lot going on. I searched the internet and came across this beautiful picture of a bed and breakfast. The rooms looked amazingly beautiful, very victorian. We were treated exceptional by everyone. Breakfast was so yummy. We will be back for sure. We did a few special packages. We added on an extra day and they were so accommodating . We also went to the salt spa. Thank you for making our romantic getaway wonderful. Lisa and John

We had an amazing stay at the Westcott House over the July 4th holiday! The room was so nice. We watched the July 4th fireworks from the front yard then sat on our private balcony and enjoyed the breeze coming off the bay. Food was incredible! We'll be back.

This B&B is so inviting. The room was adorable and so comfortable. It’s quiet and the outdoor seating was a pleasure to enjoy the view and gentle winds. The afternoon hors d’oeuvres and wine were a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic. We’ll be back.

Best B&B experience ever! The home is lovely, rooms are incredible, and the staff work hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. It's in the heart of the old town, yet tucked away in a quite part. They have even mastered the parking situation. Go and enjoy. You can't go wrong.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Caroline room at Bayfront Westcott House. So comfortable and quiet, and the staff were all so friendly and eager to help. The complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beverages each afternoon far exceeded my expectations, and the breakfasts were delicious. Definitely planning to return.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast. The Victoria had a private balcony to watch the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee. Breakfasts were very good. Every evening a Happy hour provided drinks and special snacks- not just your cheese Nd crackers
