Sehr schönes Zimmer, das sauber, geräumig und luftig ist. Auf der zweiten Etage gibt es einen praktischen Zugang zu einem Balkon, um nach draußen zu gehen und die Gegend zu beobachten. Das Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Während meines Aufenthalts näherte sich ein Hurrikan (siehe Foto!), sodass der Pool geschlossen war und einige Annehmlichkeiten nicht verfügbar waren, aber wir hatten trotzdem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt! Kann dieses Hotel jedem in der Gegend uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Außerdem sind die Innenstadt und das historische St. Augustine einen Besuch wert, es gibt viel zu sehen und zu genießen.

Great room but construction off of 95 and 16 is a mess. I like the location tho and staff is very helpful.

My Husband and I travel for work. The Room was not very clean ants on the floor stains on the sheets of one bed. You can hear the traffic all night from the HWY. The floor was just nasty. Really think the housekeepers need some Training or just new housekeepers. Anyways we will never go back again..NEVER...

Nothing bad to say. Everything met expectations. Was a little worried about the distance from Historic Downtown but it’s a short drive/uber. Wasn’t expecting a lot when we arrived as it’s rated a 2 star hotel. I can’t imagine why. Our room was great. Besides the highway being so close this is a great place and I’ll be back. Lots of room for kids to play out back, for a game of tag. Patio was nice to hang out on.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The front desk was very professionally. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool i would recommend this motel to all my friends and family good job

Front desk very helpfull&friendly room very clean only thing needs attention is they have a guest laundry and the dryer is 325 and 650 later my clothes were dry lol but washer did it's job!TV worked very good lots of channels.and the rate was awesome! I'll b back

Booked a room when we were evacuated during Hurricane Milton. We were able to check in early with our dog. Room was nice and clean with the exception of some dirty towels which were replaced without issue. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

I stayed in Room 117. The shower was really great, the room was clean, the bed was soft and comfortable and the price really good. Value for money. I would recommend. The staff was friendly and accommodating. For a Friday night it was really quiet

We loved our first room,but on the evening before we left,we noticed water coming up between the floor tiles. We contacted front desk & they moved us to another nice room. The pool was awesome & the staff were nice. We love staying here. This is our go to place to stay in St.Augustine.It is convienient to everything you want to see or do and it is a clean,comfortable place to stay.

Was given extra towels and we were able to sleep in with no interruptions except for some visitors who were a bit noisy in hallway, other than that we felt very comfortable and the ac was very cool and TV was accommodating.. never had a problem of any sort while there

I absolutely love this location! The staff are professional and very friendly! Thank you! I have stayed a few times for work and I have never had any problems. I sometimes check in late and the clerks have all been efficient checking me in quick and friendly.

The manager lady was a complete joke and incompetent at her job duties. Their website claimed the beach is “200 ft” from the beach. It is in fact not, more like over 1000 feet. I asked her for any compensation due to this problem, their website is based on false advertising. She refused to do anything for THEIR misleading information. Completely unacceptable as a manager she quote on quote claimed it is not their problems, even after I insisted if ur going to manage this place then update ur website. Not to mention my room smelled like cigarettes and toilet was barely function-able. Had to switch rooms and still there was issues. I’m upset how poorly her attitude about this issue. Will come back with a complaint to Better Business Bureau. Not even a sorry for their mistakes. If your wanting to book ur stay here bc it’s close to the beach, IT IS NOT!! Otherwise good luck
