Fab apar**ent very clean

Gorgeous apar**ent, perfect for a stay with friends. Beautifully decorated. Comfy beds made in to twins and luxurious bedding, marble showers, Nespresso machine, big comfy sofas. Spotlessly clean. All top notch. Great attention to detail. Excellent location.

Our stay was amazing. The apar**ent was perfect and centrally located. If we ever get back to St Andrews we will definitely stay here again. Apar**ent 4 was perfect for us. Loved the unique feel and high end finishes.

These are nicely furnished flats, perfect for a family stay or for a group of golfers playing in the St. Andrews area. We stayed in Apar**ent No. 4, which is on the top floor. This meant that we had to take our suitcases up (and eventually down) a couple flights of stairs, but in the end it was worth it. The apar**ent consisted of 2 large bedrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living room with a pullout couch. Everything was clean and thoughtfully thought through. The apar**ents have private parking for an additional fee. Our daughter is studying at University of St. Andrews, so I’m certain we’ll book No. 1 St. Andrews again.

Just returned from an overnight stay for my surprise birthday treat with my husband and our friends in this beautiful luxurious 2 double bed apar**ent. As soon as we walked in the door, it was a WOW from everyone . The decor and the finishings were of the highest standard from the two large sofas, beds, furnishings, en suite bathrooms, and kitchen accessories. All were spotless and looked brand new. The bottle of Prosecco and breakfast drinks basket were lovely touches too as was the guide book on where best to visit in Fife and 10% discount for a couple of local restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly helpful and efficient service we received from Dawid who went out of his way to help us from his initial meet and greet at check in to his follow up call on departure. We will definitely return to this superior apar**ent for its luxury and the friendly and helpful service from Dawid and his team and would highly recommend.

5* service with 5* accommodation with 5* communication with Dawid, property manager. When we arrived in St Andrews we received a call to advise that the apar**ent was ready and we could access it straight away. Dawid met us on arrival at the property and showed us around. Wow,wow,wow!! The apar**ent is stunning and spotlessly clean. The interior design is absolutely beautiful with comfortable sofas and beds. We were due to stay another night however our friend who is currently going through trea**ent for leukaemia took ill and we had to go home early. Dawid was very understanding and helpful and refunded the cost of the second night for us as well as allowing us extra time to vacate the property. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend these apar**ents and will definitely return. The apar**ents are spacious, so central to the shops, bars and restaurants too. Thank you Dawid for everything you did for us, we can’t thank you enough *****

Comfortable and well designed apar**ent, which is finished to a high standard and very well equipped. Extremely comfortable and spacious beds, great showers and all in a superb location in the centre of St. Andrews. If I was forced to be critical, the only minor issues were a slight lack of shelf space in the bathrooms and sash windows that rattle in high winds. Hope to be back soon.

No1 apar**ents are truly luxurious. We had a 2 bedroom deluxe apar**ent with 3 bathrooms. The apar**ent was extremely comfortable with everything we needed plus more. We stayed for two nights. The apar**ents are serviced and a lovely girl came into clean the day after we arrived. We were central for everything. The apar**ent was very comfortable and to a very high standard. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay.

I can't always be bothered to write reviews, but I was really struck with the comfort and service level of No 1 Apar**ents in South Street, also the fact that it's in a landmark building in the heart of the city. It's not cheap, but it's excellent value: as well as location I'd cite the comfort of the beds, the fact that there are three bathrooms for four people (no baths it should be noted), a great TV with all the platforms/stations a well equipped kitchen and nice posh-feeling decor. Can't recommend strongly enough and would certainly like to return
