Schöner Außenbereich mit 2 Pools. Die Animation bietet vielfältige Unterhaltung für klein und groß. Leider fehlt es an Sauberkeit am buffet und Hygiene im Speiseraum, obgleich die servicekräfte sehr bemüht sind den Wünschen der Gäste gerecht zu werden. Die Zimmerausstattung ist älter als auf der der Bildergalerie auf der Homepage präsentiert werden. Auf die corona-Schutzmaßnahmen wird vielfach hinweggesehen. Die Snackbar am Pool ist für den Geruchssinn unzumutbar. Bei der Ankunft war das Hotel aufgrund den Sommerferien im Inland überfüllt. Insbesondere im Speiseraum, eine adäquate Organisation von Seiten des Hotels, war nicht gegeben. Schade ist es, dass keine Ausflüge angeboten wurden. Die Erkundung von Städten in der Umgebung musste auf eigene Faust erfolgen, das sich jedoch oft schwierig gestaltet.

Super Hotel, tolle Arbeit super nettes Personal. Die Hotelzimmer sind super schön und ordentlich eingerichtet. Der Personal ist super nett und immer da zu falls es irgendwelche uneinstimmungen gibt. Für Familie und Freunden ist es super geeignet. Für Kinder gibt es abends auch einen Kids Club was super spaßig und schön ist. Danke an das Hotel und dem super Team ❤️

Nice location right in front of Saidia Beach. Unfirtunately is not a “Iberiostar” as we are used to: room had several things to improve: need to apply for Technical support (but went well). Service is not a 5 star. Exemple: oriental restaurant…food at the buffet is repetitive, overcrowded, higyene should improve significantly. Animation Team is 5star. In this particular aspect we see Iberostar standards. In the surrondings there aren’t many things to see. Marina is small and not many things to see/do. Saïdia only diserves a visit if you need cash (ATM available) or Pharmacy.
