The room had a strong smell that we had to crack the window and turn on the air for the smell to go away, the place is old, so for the price of $130 a night is ok right? Well..
So I booked this room using trip.com app and because of that the front desk girl required me to pay $250 as a security deposit.. if not I had to leave, so if you add it up, to stay a night at this place in a so so room, I had to charge $129+$250 security deposit +10 parking = so after $390 I could have a night of sleep. I just hope I can get my deposit back as soon as possible.
They said 5 to 7 days.
So just you know before you go!

Room was great, like brand new! Food was great too, and the service in the lobby was VERY GOOD. This was better than most hotel experiences. The 1600 building was where we were, and even the hot tub and pool were great. No complaints from me!

The interior of the units are well laid out. There is a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The walls are solid so you aren’t disturbed by noise from other guest rooms. The grounds are well kept and give one the feeling of being in an apar**ent complex rather than staying in a hotel.

This place is a hidden gem! Close to downtown! Close to Golden 1 center and discovery park! Super nice! Clean! Great breakfast! All the amenities! Small gym, pool, basketball/pickle ball court! Lots of restaurants and shops close by! We will definitely stay here again!
