I can't remember the lady that was there on Sunday. But she saw us down in the lobby having breakfast and asked us if we needed towels and asked how my daughter's wedding went and we talked about how we were going to the ocean yesterday and told us to have fun. She was such a sweetheart. Made us feel special.

You could see that the rooms are not regularly cleaned, the floors were very dirty, the countertops and toilet needed to be wiped cleaned. The sugar/coffee packets were very old. It seemed as if they had been there for a few weeks.

Room was so dirty I checked out immediately. There were no other clean rooms available. Staff was accommodating to give me a refund. This location was ok prior to Quality taking over. I will not stay there again.

Gross....Rooms have not been thoroughly cleaned in MONTHS. MOLD and MILDEW is out of control in bathrooms, dust everywhere, floors have not been mopped, mirrors full of fingerprints. Stay away from this property!!

This entire hotel is DISGUSTING. I was offered 4 different rooms, every room has a SEVERE mold/mildew growth in the entire shower. Every room had trash left in drawers or under the bed. Sheets on the bed look as if the bed was straightened up after last guest, NOT CHANGED. Had a sever condensation issue in room. ENTIRE floor was wet, when we wiped with a towel, the towel was BLACK, as if it had not been mopped in MONTHS. There is nothing "QUALITY" about the motel. Guests beware.

Awful, something white growing in the coffee maker, no hot water in the vanity faucet, looked like someone changed a boat motor oil in the tub of which the tub valve did not work properly, no housekeeping while I was gone for 9 hrs. . Told the manager and staff about the problems but nothing was corrected. Manager was rude when I was checking out and telling him about the problems. He said he told housekeeping about the coffee pot and water but did not follow on anything. Also I had to ask for wash cloths the day of check in . Too many workers taking smoke breaks and talking on cell phones . No one there to manage the staff . Nice Hampton Inn next door.

The floors needed to be mopped (alot of dirt and grit on it), the toilets needed to be cleaned (urine along side the bowl), the under sheet needed to be removed (heavily stained), the trays along the sink (the bags looked as if they have been on the ice tray for a long time), the shower head and fixture needed to be cleaned (sticky gue on the knob), but overall the staff was respectful and assisted when needed. It's a little better than when it was the Innkeeper, but overall you get what you pay for.
