As a Diamond member was very pleased to receive an Oyster Bay Suite upgrade several days in advance. Alexa is a gem and arranged for my second room to be placed directly next to my suite for our convenience. I wish the outside door to the 2 rooms had not been removed. This would have improved our privacy. Suite was fine and we enjoyed the gas fireplace immensely. Much of the furniture was broken in the rooms. Lighting next to the bed unsatisfactory to enable us to read in bed. Hotel should install doorstops in all rooms to eliminate the loud slamming of closed doors which, along with guests just speaking in normal tones, reverberates throughout the hotel. Noise travels. There should be a sign on the highway that this is the Tapestry and not the Hotel Roslyn--confusing for a first timer. And a sign of how to enter the hotel and not have to drag the luggage up all those steps. Thank you for Diamond parking spaces. And again, Thank You to Alexa. Without her, I'm not sure the hotel would be worth returning to. If there is a large price differential I would probably try the Hilton Garden Inn next time.

* Parking - small lot under the hotel between the poles everywhere- hard to navigate and park near but space is limited and it is NY so I get it. *Location- nice centrally located in surprisingly high end area. Great food right nearby. * Service- let me just say the housekeeper was great! Friendly and takes pride in her work. In sharp contrast though, the front desk staff female - needs some serious customer service training. Walked inside to check in to her finishing an obvious personal call by the context and a hand being thrown up to us as we waited for her to finish making her after work plans. Simple Issues during check in that became larger on her part as we obviously inconvenienced her and she literally argued room type listed in printed copy of reservation. Get through that and then sent to room and Room 1 - no heat or ac working, floor creaking and uneven which was odd, weird smell (assuming from ac issue). Returned to desk to discuss and she sadly, seemed to enjoy the fact there was an issue. So sent us and all our stuff to Room 2- bed great surprisingly comfy bathroom clean, older room but is just a place to lay your head while in town. Keys however mysteriously kept not working but ironically enough only when she was on shift over the course of several days. Male morning desk person, very friendly and helpful with directions. He always was being personable with guests other than ourselves, obviously enjoys his job. *Room 2 was directly under room 1 which became occupied on day 2 and we spent the next two days in the evenings listening to extremely loud floor squeaks as the guests above us moved. They were night owls and this went well into the night. We ended up meeting them at breakfast and it was an interesting conversation as they noticed all the same listed above. *Breakfast- decent but no home run. For age and size of hotel, it was well set out and had what you needed to start the day. I would strongly say to just stay somewhere else. It was clean which was good but overall even as a place just to lay your head it is best to avoid.

Ich bin neu für die Sonesta-Marken, aber meine jüngste Erfahrung hat mich motiviert, mit ihnen soweit wie möglich fortzufahren und noch mehr Zeichen von Exzellenz zu suchen.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Flushings Chinatown. Es wirkt zwar klein, aber die Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Keine Störungen während der gesamten Fahrt, einfaches Ein- und Aussteigen, ruhig und sicher in der Nacht, das Frühstück ist einfach, bietet aber sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Optionen, darunter Haferbrei, Gurken, Bohnenpastenbrötchen, gegrillte Schweinebrötchen und andere chinesische Spezialitäten. Da die Mitarbeiter alle Chinesen sind, können sie alle Dienstleistungen auf Chinesisch erbringen. Besonders lobenswert ist, dass ich im Meidong Hotel eine Anzahlung geleistet habe und innerhalb einer Stunde nach meiner Abreise zurückgekehrt bin. Der Check-in war sehr gut.

Das Datum ging schief Der verspätete Check-in hat uns zu allem zu spät gemacht? - Gehen Sie zum Hotel und stellen Sie fest, dass eine Kaution hinterlegt wird. Es war nicht auf der Reise aufgeführt. Daher waren mir und meinem Partner keine 250 $ zusätzlich zu 150 $ bekannt! Kein warmes kontinentales Frühstück wie hier erwähnt / nur Frühstückstüten mit einem heißen Sandwich, das klebrig ist!

Der Hotelservice ist enthusiastisch, wir verstehen nicht die Sprache, aber durch Handlungen wie den Austausch ist es sehr reibungslos zu bleiben. Das Frühstücks Eier schmeckt gut. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber sehr sauber.

Ich bleibe hier regelmäßig für Business und ich liebe, wie freundlich und willkommen ist. Besonders Steve und Raul. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel und haben alles, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einem Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, die so handig ist, wenn Sie weg von Hause sind. Das Frühstück ist OK, viele Wahlmöglichkeiten und alle sehr sauber und cowid sicher, aber nichts Fantasie. Es gibt ein Fitnesscenter und ein Pool, ich glaube, aber nicht diese Einrichtungen verwendet. Leider gibt es keine Bar oder Restaurant für Mittagessen oder Abendessen, aber viele Optionen in der Nähe, darunter ein ganzes Essen neben der Tür, Ziel, Trader Joe's und Walmart, sowie ein Wendy's und Schachschach. Hotels sind auch gerne für Sie zu rufen, um zu nehmen und es gibt Ladung von nahe gelegenen Optionen. Lage ist großartig und nur 10 Gehminuten von der Carle Place Zugstation, die 45 Min. Fahrt nach Penn Station in Manhattan ist. Ich freue mich immer auf das Hotel zu bleiben und es fühlt sich wie ein Haus von zu Hause für mich.

Sehr geliebtes Hotel, auch wenn es nicht mit den Haushalten im Inland verglichen werden kann, aber das Hotel ist relativ neu und die Hygiene ist auch gut. Das Frühstück ist die reichste von mir in dieser Reise. Haha, insbesondere seines Hauses sind die blauen Teig und die Teigblumen besonders lecker 😋, jeden Tag haben wir Eisfrüchte, Natürlich ist das Hauptproblem, dass das Zimmer eine kleine Küche hat, die Küche ist komplett, Sie können einfach 🍳
