We had a lovely room - how did they guess it was the one that had attracted me when I decided to book! Every aspect was comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff were cheerful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble - even finding sourdough toast for my breakfast when I tentatively asked if it were possible. What impressed us most though was the cheerfulness of the staff and the fact that they all worked together seamlessly. The hotel itself was delightful, lots of different places to sit, and husband has just suggested I should say how good the cocktails were, as well as the high standard of all the meals. Wish I had asked for some names so that all the staff who looked after us so well could be thanked individually.

Ausgezeichnete Anlage und Lage, aber es wäre sehr schön gewesen, in den Zimmern Telefon zu haben, um Anfragen zu machen. Das Badezimmer/Duschezimmer (für das Clubzimmer wie in meinem Fall) muss mit Duschegarten oder Türen verhindern, dass das Wasser bei der Dusche rauskommt. Neben diesem, ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen und AMAZING Frühstück und Abendessen.

Wir haben gerade für 1 Nacht vor dem Kreuzfahrt geblieben. Das Zimmer ist leicht datiert, aber sauber und komfortabel. Viel Zimmer. Die Treppe war nett. Sauber und viel Platz zu sitzen und zu kühlen. Frühstück war nett. Personal war brillant. Freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nichts war zu viel. Einige kleine Fragen mit dem Zimmer (keiner hat nur eine dieser Dinge verfehlt) ging das Personal über die Grenze, um uns zu helfen und zu beherbergen. Ich kann sie überhaupt nicht verfehlen. Danke.

Ein Zimmer reserviert und gerufen, um ein zusätzliches Bett zu beantragen. Alles vereinbart. Bei Ankunft hält das Personal kein zusätzliches Bett und konnte nichts weniger, wie ich gesagt wurde ”gut gibt es nichts, was wir tun können”. Schreckliche Service für ein so großes Hotel.

Schöne Landschaften! Der Eingang zum Hotel ist erstaunlich. Es ist in einer fantastischen Lage, schön zu gehen um die Landschaft aha Explorieren. Das Zimmer ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels etwas datiert, aber das Bett ist komfortabel und Sie haben TV und heiße Trinkeinrichtungen. Pool, Jacuzzi und Dampfraum waren ein schöner Kontakt.
