They gave the keys of our room to another couple who ended up opening our room door at 9pm. The next day someone from reception opens the door at 9am making sure its our room...

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo e l'unica cosa che al 6 piano pioveva nel corridoio. La stanza però è pulita, bella e accogliente. Un po l'odore di chiuso per via dalla moquette ma il resto veramente ottimo. Mi è piaciuto e sicuramente tornerò volentieri visto che a Roma ci sto spesso per lavoro. Qualità prezzo buono. La cosa ancora più piacevole e il parcheggio davanti al albergo. Ottimo.

Facciamo ingresso nella hall che si presenta bene e con una ragazza cordiale al check-in, subito dopo l'albergo si rileva una totale delusione...mi sento di non consigliare assolutamente questo hotel, la stanza è pessima x la pulizia, moquet sporca e logorata, piastrelle rotte, rubinetteria del bagno vecchia ed in pessime condizioni così come l'arredo che a dispetto delle foto di internet si presenta vecchio e usurato, mini frigo sporco, per non parlare poi della colazione, ci presentiamo nel bar della hall dove un cameriere ci chiede se facessimo parte di qualche "gruppo", alla mia risposta negativa non ci consente di fare colazione nella sala bar ma ci devia verso una zona isolata in fondo ad un corridoio dal quale si accede ad una sala squallida dove c'è uno pseudo buffet scarsissimo e con 4 cavolate, frutta visibilmente di qualche giorno prima e moscerini che svolazzano sul cibo. Se ci tenete alla vostra salute ed a voi stessi NON andate al Caesar Hotel. P.s. se decidete di posteggiare l'auto nel piazzale davanti all'albergo fate attenzione...ben due auto con finestrini rotti, la zona non è sicura!

Great staff and hotel

The service was excellent and staff were very helpful. Good breakfast as expected. Next to the hotel is a small bar with the outdoor seating area for coffee. I like this hotel considering the price.

Il check in avvenuto in maniera pessima, personale scontroso. Letto Queen inesistente, prima ci hanno dato una tripla con tre letti singoli e dopo mia insistenza una camera normale con letto assolutamente normale.

I picked this hotel because the pictures looked really good and it was within my price range. I really wanted a hotel with a pool, however, due to the time of the year that we came there are no pools available in Rome. I also picked it because it had a breakfast included. The breakfast was pretty good and it is a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast. The selections were quite varied but not extensive and a good start to your morning. The first day we arrived, however, they had some electrical problems in the building and could not honor our first day of reservation. They did however host us in another hotel which was actually nicer than theirs. The rest of the stay was quite pleasant and we had no further problems. The room is not overly big but it sufficed to what we needed. The only big concern was the fact that it is quite far away from all of the tourist attractions. It is indeed an hour and bit to get anywhere. The good news though, is that the bus stop is literally right in front of the hotel and with a bus pass you can get virtually anywhere. The city offers several options for bus passes all the way from one day to 7 days unlimited. Take advantage of that as you will need it. Google maps is your friend!! The staff are super friendly and quite accommodating and all in all I would stay in this hotel again. Thank you 😊
