It’s bed and breakfast without breakfast. But the location 24 hrs service cleanliness and the room are excellent. You get everything for your money. The owner is 24 hrs available for any questions. Recommend the place highly

When the cancellation terms stipulate that the reservation is cancellable 3 days before the stay and the hotel says that Sunday is not 3 days before Wednesday, you know you have a problem with indecent people. Hotel Manager is the aggressive type, believing he is always right. His response to this review will probably reinforce this statement. Be careful of the misleading 5 star review rating on Tripadvisor. Very few recent reviews and most past reviews are from reviewers with very few reviews - very suspicious. Stay away from this disgraceful kind of property. You have been warned.

I stayed in this hotel 3 night, location is very good considering i was planning to go 3rd wave coffee shop Faro every morning, distance between hotel and Faro 500 metres, by walking you can reach Termini in 20 minutes and metro station is also 4 minutes away. Balcony view is very nice, hotel and furniture very clean, don’t expext big rooms and bathrooms, it is Roma :) Hotel has contactless check-in, check-out system, you call a number, they open you front door and also room door and you find all keys and cards on your room. Hotel manager Gianluca was the fastest person i’ve ever seen, before booking hotel from Instagram comments and DM , whatsapp, what ever i asked he got back in 2-3 minutes, not only for our stay, he always replied very very fast my all questions like, coffee shop advice, information about metro lines, cargo issues and many things, our holiday was wonderful and i absolutely advice Residenza Monfy

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room - Camille - was really nice and light with a little terrace overlooking a pretty church, San Camillo. The Residenza is just a few rooms in an apar**ent building in the middle of an historical area with the oldest Roman walls in the city just over the road. It’s in a nice neighbourhood featuring some beautiful big houses. It’s just 15 mins to the train station on foot and 15 mins to the Trevi fountain. The whole central city is well served by buses. We stayed two nights. Letting yourself in is very easy, as you’re supplied with detailed instructions from the owner before arrival over WhatsApp. It’s all very well organised. You can leave your bags after checkout with a let-yourself-in card system. Nisa was there to greet us on the first morning and he could not have been more helpful and friendly. Our room had good aircon, a great shower (with coloured lights), a safe, espresso machine, well-stocked minibar, and a comfy bed with nice linen. Everything we needed and then some. Very good value at €55 a night. One downside, the only one, is that the walls are thin and on the first night we had neighbours who played music, luckily not too late.
