Ein gutes Zimmer, wenn Sie einen Schlafplatz in der Nähe des Kolosseums suchen. Auch ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Es befindet sich im dritten Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Wichtig zu wissen ist auch, dass es sich hier nicht um ein Hotel handelt. Es handelt sich um eine Zimmergruppe in einem Wohnhaus. Aus diesem Grund ist es wichtig, Kontakt mit ihnen aufzunehmen, da es keinen Empfang als solchen gibt. Sie kontaktierten uns und gaben uns Anweisungen zum Einlass. Es ist eher eine Airbnb-Wohnung. Aber mit dem nicht alltäglichen Teil des Raumes. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und jeden Morgen erhalten Sie Kaffeekapseln. Es ist sehr gut. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The rooms ain't clean enough. Dust and dirt. The comunication with the host hasn't been good. I wont book with em anymore. Additionally, the view did not meet my expectations, which was a further disappointment. I would recommend that the property prioritize improving their cleaning procedures and communication with guests...

The room was small but clean and the staff was super friendly. The building had an elevator that was out of order and the stairs are steep, so carrying luggage up and down was a hassle. The location is great to get to different places like the coliseum and the palatine hill, also easy access to taxis to go to The Vatican.

Place has seen better days. Rooms in pictures are from right after it seems to have been renovated. Now, the walls are scuffed, needs paint, different curtains, cheap plastic bath curtain (vs one in pics), floor is all scuffed up, base boards needing attention. Overall, the place was safe and in a convenient location, but needs a bit of attention. The last day we were there, we began to see ants in the 3rd floor.

Nothing like what the pictures show. It’s technically a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Location is nice because it’s right next to the colosseum but don’t even think about going up to the roof. Pretty sure the owner of the building wants to shut down the “bed and breakfast” cause when I went to the roof with the permission of the staff the owner came out recording me saying I’m not supposed to be up there and that the video is getting sent to the lawyers. It’s on the third floor and if you’re carrying luggage you will have to walk up 6 sets of stairs though with it which it does not tell you online either. It does have AC though to cool you off which might literally be the only positive. The staff I only saw twice and that was once during a morning and when I turned in my keys. It’s going to be very difficult if you need something from them after about 1 PM. She was very nice but not available, which I would imagine being a problem for some people. A lot of places from what I noticed are like this. I would recommend looking extensively at reviews of everything in Rome cause I know they aren’t the only ones like this.

It is located centrally to most of the tourist locations; however, it is a loud neighborhood if you are looking to have a quiet morning. Also, there is no elevator so it is very much difficult to carry your luggage up and down through the narrow staircase.

Excellent location. Walking distance to major attractions. The property does not have an elivator so it was some what daunting to have to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor several times a day. Check in was easy however there is not someone on the property all the time and the door entrance was a little difficult to figure out.

No elevator, room did not look like picture, no elevator, dark stairway with narrow stairs, hard to carry suitcases 3 flights.
