☑️地點好：聖天使城堡後方、步行可抵達梵蒂岡、附近有兩個超市、近公車站⋯ 🆖感覺是住宅區內的民宿，駐點人員服務時間9:00-21:00，所以如果晚上要辦理入住，外面大門是關閉、對講機無回應，第一晚是附近住戶外出帶我進去，隔天要拿行李是旁邊熱情的餐廳老闆幫我走捷徑，真的是無法跟駐點人聯繫，另外要寄放行李也要等到9:00才會開放公共空間，所以想用廚房也是有時間限制。 ❌房間門是故障的！從外面都打不開！浴室很潮濕、馬桶坐墊壞了！沖水閥也壞了整晚都在漏水！ 城市稅€6只收現金。 羅馬及梵蒂岡有更好的住宿選擇！

途中で部屋を変えていただきましたが、シャワーも温水でベットも心地よかったです。

~ rapport qualité-prix équipe accueillante en direct ou par message. tout est bien indiqué, si besoin, réponses aux questions ~ accès rapide à pieds au métro, aux commerces, restaurants, au musée du Vatican et à la basilique Saint-Pierre ~ une tablette murale par lit avec lampe et prise USB B en plus de d'autres prises électriques dans la pièce ~ Pensez à emporter un bandeau d'yeux de vol + des boules Quies en cas de besoin si vos nuitées sont en dortoirs ~ salle de bain ancienne froide mais accès à l'eau chaude rapidement et reste de produits de toilette d'ancien(ne)s voyageur(se)s laissés à disposition ~ espace extérieur agréable aux saisons douces et ensoleillées ~ emportez avec vous lors de vos visites le trousseau de clés individuelle que vous récupérerez dans un boîtier à code et vous le laissez à la fin du séjour aux herbergeurs ou dans la boîte aux lettres ~ l'occasion est possible d'échanger avec les autres voyageurs ou avec les hébergeurs présents de 9h à 21h environ avec accès à ce moment-là à la cuisine 🙏Merci!🙏 Sabrina de La Rochelle (France)

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Habe ausversehen die falsche Anzahl an Übernachtung gebucht und könnte die Anzahl nicht mehr über Airbnb erhöhen. Durch kurzer Absprache habe ich eine volle Rückerstattung (bei Airbnb eig. nur 50%) meines Geldes erhalten und könnte dann umbuchen. Mir wurde jederzeit innerhalb von minuten geantwortet und habe mich innerhalb dieses Zeitraums sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

Never book at this hostel!!!!!! I was on a solo trip in feb/March around Europe and booked this hostel in December. I book this hostel directly through them so I wouldn’t have any issues. After arriving in Rome, I get to this hostel and there are no rooms available for me even though I already booked and paid. I waited at the front desk for over an hour while I was told there are rooms but they just need to find my reservation. Turns out they were lying to me that whole time and there was never a room for me. After wasting an hour I was turned away and refused a refund. They offered a room in their other location outside of the city centre but no transportation to get there and no refund for the difficulty. Also, I was not looking to stay where the other location was and I specifically booked the hostel in the Prati area. Because this was spring break week and late by the time I found out there was no room available, I had to pay over $200 a night for a hotel. Even worse, I disputed the charge on my credit card and they fought back and lied once again. Unless you want to be stranded with nowhere to stay i highly suggest you not book here.
