This room is conveniently located, few minutes to the market. As similar to other hotels, it is a small room with limited space. Nonetheless, the service is quite good when we ask for an extra blanket, the staff quickly arranged and responded to us. Would recommend if the room and budget fits. We also got a free breakfast, which is great.

Firstly, I’d like to say the the rooms look beautiful and vintage but too old. There was mould in the bathroom. The room is lack of charging sockets. The room is extremely small and the bad is vey small too as well. The garden is beautiful.

Hotel staff are not really friendly to foreigners. English speaking staff is almost none. Challenging to communicate. No smile or warm welcome. Most important is that hotel furniture and amenities are ancient, and room is *******. Hotel is located next to a temple , with graveyard directly adjacent to it.

The hotel is also conveniently located in Kokura, making it easy to explore nearby spots. The hotel has a classic Japanese-style atmosphere with a beautiful traditional garden, koi pond, and stone pathways that instantly give you a calm, peaceful feeling

Location of the hotel is good, parking in the surrounding area is very convenient! Bathroom design is hilarious! Curtain of the bathing tub is good and several hanging hooks were broken! The most important thing is the tub is very slippery without any anti slipping coat! Too dangerous! A anti -slipping mate Should be included! For the breakfast, food choices are various but the quality needs to improve! Egg roll just doesn’t taste like traditional recipes!

The location is good. The room is small and designed in an old Western style. There is no parking at the hotel. But the garden view is amazing. You never expect a relaxing and beautiful environment in a commercial district there. Nice!

the garden was extremely beautiful, which makes the breakfast experience extra special as the venue offers a clear view of the garden. decor was also better than expected. near to the monorail station.

Really pretty and floral room! Slightly small and not even space to have two fully opened luggages. Found someone’s toe nail in the room as well so cleaning staff might have missed out and it is kind of ewww… had to pick it up myself to dispose it as we stepped on it. Has a nice bathtub and wardrobe space though! Hotel also has a beautiful garden for you to explore!
