Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel wirklich genossen, ich und mein Sohn. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und ist angenehm. Eine bessere Lage könnte man sich nicht wünschen, der U-Bahn-Ausgang befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel, was sehr praktisch ist. Auch in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums, das wir am Ende unseres Aufenthalts entdeckten. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Falsche Werbung, auf der Autobahn gesehen, keine Klimaanlage unter 30 Grad, keine Knöpfe zum Einschalten der Dusche!!! Deckenleck. Ich habe mehr als 400 € ausgegeben. Ich versuche, eine Rückerstattung zu bekommen, aber es gibt noch keine Neuigkeiten, es ist ein Skandal!

Excellent location with supermarket, diners and cafe nearby. Great hospitality from the service team. The only downside would be the drain smell in the bathroom but if you close the door, that would be fine.

War wirklich alles super, ausser dass es im Bad keine Steckdose gab und das Frühstück als auch der Kaffee nicht so schmackhaft waren und zu wenig Auswahl.

The staff was so welcoming. The room was very cool. The light from the bathroom was slightly problematic in the middle of the night. But all in all we really enjoyed our quick stay. Thank you

No complaints—great stay. My room was comfortable & decently sized. I turned up the heat and it rattled, so I had to turn it off. Staff were nice and the adjoining restaurant was nice.

Good rooms and clean. Staff friendly Little out of centre but good and frequent transport links. A little noisy with metro below but if you are used to city living acceptable.

Good staff and an okay stay. Did notice blanket to still have previous tenant hair on it. As for main sheets they were clean. It is an average room and an average spot but they treated me well.

We upgraded our room to get a bath. Lovely room but shower leaked and bath plug did not fit properly. You can hear the planes taking off and landing but you get used to it! Breakfast included but no restaurant. No milk in the room for the British who like their tea! It was reasonably priced and nice helpful staff so I wouldn’t actually say ‘don’t go there’. We were probably just unlucky to have had problems in the bathroom.

The room was nice, but unfortunately it was located directly over the metro stop, so the subway trains strongly rattled our room fairly regularly.

All staff very friendly and helpful in particular the people on the reception who were very helpful with directions and advice on how to travel to places. Great stay.
