Was die Mängel betrifft, müssen einige Details verbessert werden, z. B. wo ich wohne. Es waren zwei Nächte. In der ersten Nacht waren die Toilettenartikel nicht aufgebraucht und es wurden keine neuen bereitgestellt. Der richtige Ansatz sollte darin bestehen, die aufzubewahren Originale ersetzen und ein neues Set besorgen usw. Ich hoffe, dass die Details verbessert werden können. Insgesamt ist es gut.

The Yongyichang Inn provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Yongyichang Inn is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Pingyao. The hotel is conveniently located just 2km from Pingyao Railway Station and 54km from Yaocheng Airport. There's plenty to do nearby, with North First Escort, Chenghuang Temple and Pingyao Confucian Temple all within a short distance. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.

It is reasonably priced, a bit out of the very center (meaning also out of tourists crowds that can be quite noisy in the evenings and mornings), but still close, has same old-style design as the more popular and well-established places that cater to foreigners, but priced twice as much. Pick-up and drop off service is provided - just contact the hotel in advance via phone using the reception of tour previous hotel - no one speaks English - it will solve your communication issue if you do not speak Chinese. At the place itself everyone is very eager to help - use your phone app to translate. Onwer helped me to buy tickets to Pingyao attractions and Terracota Army as I was heading to Xian next (available only through WeChat Pay that is in turn is not availablefor foreign tourists as of April 2023). If you go to Shuanglin temple, be sure to ask to buy tickets through WeChat for you as well. I was able to buy physical one by pure compassion of local guard who asked the staff to open ticket office just for me (Probably was the only foreigner in Pingyao at a time). Please also note that as of April 2023, the reconstruction works in the historical city parts are continuing, so, large chunks of the city within the walls are not looking as great as it could have been. The very center of the city is mostly untouched though and you can still come and explore. If going in spring, be prepared for the temperature swings. I got a temperature drop from 28C to 3C within 2 days by the moment I got to Pingyao. It was even snowing at night.

LLoreeThe hotel is really amazing! The landscape and architectural design is somewhat taking you back to the ancient times in China. The ambiance is also good. It's a perfect place for travellers seeking peace and solitude. The hotel is also clean and the boss is really nice! Highly recommended especially for foreigners!

SSupieExcellent location near the South Gate and easy access to Main Street in the old town. Looks a little rundown but perhaps it was the look it as trying to keep. Unsure. Classic chinese style room (nice!!) with Kang Bed meant for those who are accustomed to hard bed. Toilet and shower are not separated. Provide high speed train station pickup and drop off which are big pluses. Helpful front desk.

The transportation in the ancient city is also convenient, and the cleanliness of the rooms is also up to standard. Perhaps due to early booking, the price is more affordable. I recommend all hikers to stay, and I would like to thank a middle-aged female manager with short hair weighing 121 pounds for telling me about the folk stories of the ancient city!🤡
