It was just an absolutely amazing experience from the very beginning and until the very end of our stay, not even just in the hotel, but in the city of Pingyao itself in general. Me and my friend are traveling very light and without guides, and in Pingyao we had only one day: from evening to evening of the next day. Huge huge thanks to everyone who made this day unforgettable and ultimately comfortable for tired us: Alice, Helen, Fenny, Hana, and all others who was there for us. The hotel service is simply excellent: as soon as they learned about our late arrival, they immediately offered to meet us at the railway station, which was absolutely the sweetest thing. They brought us to the city gate, met us there, and walked us to the hotel. There they gave us a map, on which they explained in great detail where everything is, what is worth paying attention to, how it is better to build the route, and what opening hours different sights have. They also helped us organize a private transfer to Shaolin Temple the next morning. It was just perfect: we got there in 15 minutes instead of one and a half hours by foot, and after our walk in the temple they met us and brought us back. Also on the evening of arrival they helped us immediately buy the ticket for visiting all attractions of the city, valid for three days. And also they advised us where to eat, and gave us a hotel discount in both places. We did not regret it even once, the food was amazingly delicious in both places! The hotel itself is just wonderful: it really looks exactly like in the photos. You want to photograph every corner and record how the sparrows are chirping on the roof, and how two wonderful cats are meowing. The room also matches and even exceeds expectations. A huge kang bed, very comfortable. Excellent shower with everything needed. Breakfast is included in the stay: the traditional Chinese one was very tasty! Unfortunately, we did not manage to eat the egg, it was freshly boiled and still hot, but we were hurrying to Shaolin Temple by opening time. Also the hotel has a laundry service, and special thanks for that too! Washing and drying were very fast, and we got our nicely smelling clothes back already after four hours, which was critical for us, because we were leaving the same day. We felt like we really were honored guests, and we really appreciated it, even if only for one day.

We had such a lovely stay here and truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel is owned by a husband and wife, the husband kindly picked us up from the train station and later dropped us back, which made our travel so much easier and stress-free. The wife checked us in warmly and looked after us throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable. Her English was very good, and she gave us fantastic recommendations. The homemade breakfast she prepared for us the next morning was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel like guests in their home rather than just customers at a hotel. Their kindness and genuine hospitality really stood out. The room was modern and very clean, and the hotel itself is so picturesque! Staying here made our experience in Pingyao incredibly memorable. We’re very grateful for how well they looked after us and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This is a brand new hotel. Everything works well in the room, and the smart AI assistant is both amusing and practical in controlling room functions. The room furnishings are of good quality. The hotel is an amazing location, as it is just a short walk to the ancient city as well as the You Qian Ping Yao show, which is highly recommended. The hotel staff will book the tickets for you at a slight discount and it is not part of the hotel package, whichl makes it appear to be free. There are many eateries next to the hotel, and there is even a night food street just 100m away, but it was only open during the weekends during my stay in winter. There is also a big supermarket about 300m away, and many bakeries and bubble tea joints. There are plenty of food options.. Most importantly, the owner will fetch you to and fro from the train station. The hotel staff are also very warm and friendly, and will make you feel most welcome. The hotel owner also provided a humidifier, which really provided me much relief from the low humidity Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Und der Chef hat uns persönlich dabei geholfen, die Roadmap auszugeben! Ausstattung: noch relativ neu, der Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Badezimmer etwas durchnässt ist Hygiene: Sehr sauber, Tante putzt sehr fleißig Umgebung: Es ist wirklich ein ruhiger Ort inmitten des Trubels! Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der South Street, wo sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konzentrieren, liegt aber in einer Gasse ohne kommerzielle Entwicklung und ist daher sehr praktisch Diesmal ist die Reiseroute eng und viele wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden nicht besucht, aber es kann als Vorbote für den zweiten Besuch angesehen werden. Insgesamt war es eine gute Unterkunftserfahrung (P.S. Inn hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht bei Nacht)

Sie ging sogar noch einmal zum Bahnhof zurück, um etwas Essen zu holen, das ein anderer Reisender vergessen hatte! Das Hotel hat eine wirklich tolle Lage, direkt neben der Altstadt und dem Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war schön und gemütlich und ich fühlte mich wie eine Prinzessin. Es war einer meiner Lieblingsorte bisher!

Dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis ist sehr zufrieden! Das Zimmer ist komfortabel, sehr warm, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und modern, insbesondere die Betten sind weich und schlafen sehr lecker. Der umliegende Verkehr ist bequem und der nahegelegene supermarkt für Lebensmittel sollte vollständig sein. Der Besitzer ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, die Nachricht schnell zu beantworten und ein Problem wird sofort gelöst. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr hoch.

Das Teambuilding des Unternehmens findet in Pingyao statt! Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und das Badezimmer ist sauber! Das Restaurant schmeckt gut, die Frühstückskuchen sind köstlich, der Service an der Rezeption ist benutzerfreundlich und das Promi-Hotel ist wirklich gut!

Ich war mit dieser Reise sehr zufrieden. [Stark] Auf Reisen hoffe ich immer auf eine praktische Unterkunft. Die malerischen Orte in der antiken Stadt kann man zu Fuß über die West Street (Fußgängerzone) erreichen. Neben dem Service ist der Chef herzlich und freundlich aufmerksam. Während unseres Aufenthalts half er uns sorgfältig bei der Planung unserer Reiserouten. Alle Fragen, die wir hatten, wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Was die Umgebung der Unterkunft angeht, war die Umgebung sauber und ordentlich. In der Lobby des Gasthauses können Sie Fotos von Shanxi-Geschäftsfrauen machen .
