The hotel was good and clean but food is very bad experience. The value is high expensive and the hotel was old.

It was in a very central location and easy to travel to Riyadh airport.

房間很大，床也蠻舒服。選擇朝向有草坪的一面要好些安靜些。早餐正常水平，門前服務生服務態度不錯，你滿意還可以給他們小費。對面就是商場，蠻方便的酒店。

感覺得到對中國人的歧視和不尊重，非常糟糕！入住三天了，沒有人來打掃衞生，沒人送水，完全得自己電話要求前台提供，太糟糕了！

酒店環境還不錯，門口打車方便，跟國內商務酒店類似

생각보다 너무 비싸고, 방이 좀 오래 된 느낌을 받았습니다. 프런트 직원분들도 친절하지 않았습니다.

Stuck in the 1980s, this hotel reminded of cast off from the Love Boat tv series from that era. I would not recommend this hotel if want a good experience. No room service, left with three towels for three nights. Poor decor lots of tacky gold and the shower didn’t work properly. Shower room had broken tiles

Rooms are clean with sufficient space, even its big… Foods are sufficient. Price/performance is satisfaying. Its next to Hilton and Granada mall, so no need to pay double to Hilton, If you come here for couple of days business trip. Also staff is quite friendly..

Very helpful event staff Fazil benjie ervin and mavic who helps all through out the event. Also, I will never forget the two ladies Jenelyn and Karissa who’s in the lobby smiling and assisting all of the guest especially when i entered in the lobby its so great to see them in the lobby.

Clean and friendly hotel. We stayed on the bottom floor which was quiet. The room helpfully had a kitchen (no crockery / cutlery ) but a sink and fridge. Didn’t use gym but it has one. Close to mall and carrefour supermarket. Not many eateries close by unless you want to eat in the mall. Breakfast was ok, not plentiful and slightly rude staff. Interesting building as a ship!

We had a wonderful lunch experienced here last month . It was affordable. There are lots of choices in the foods and the staff were so accommodating. Planning to visit there again next time. Thanks 😊

The operation team (meeting and events led by Ms. Ahlam) was very professional, attentive, polite and always welcome us with a smile. You’re such a great asset to Golden Ship Hotel. Highly recommended to visit this place and see their services, starting from hotel rooms, meeting rooms and events.
