這個價位對應的房間真的很不錯，出門205 能去金閣寺，去嵐山。十字路口還有個食其家

十一去住了六天，老闆和老闆娘都挺好的，出巷口就是西大路七條公交站，坐幾站大概十分鐘就到京都站了，交通比較方便，性價比極高。

Owners Masa and Suki are friendly and provide great service. Very clean, full self service kitchen, laundry and accommodations. Great location to bus stop and train station and grocery stores. They offer bike rentals and opportunity to meet new people. Highly recommend and would come again.

Everyone was super friendly, the futon style beds were very comfortable. Only 15 minute walk to the nearest station and some nice restaurants in the area. Only little thing is that the walls are thin so you can hear a lot, and the shared showers/toilets are in high demand in the morning.

First of all and above everything, the staff from Fujitaya BnB are the best in town... hardly, you can such a friendly and kind personel. The location it is away from the tourist hordes and crowds, which it makes this staying quiet and relaxing. Besides, you can find around everything you may need for the everyday needs on trip (supermarket, restaurants, etc.. the facilities are very confirtable and immaculately clean. Thanks so much for your great service and attention.

Very clean & good value. A perfect base to explore Kyoto with excellent bus connections into town. Great facilities - public showers, basins etc all very good & comfy sizeable communal living space. Plus a well equipped kitchen. Staff helpful& friendly.

We feel asleep well past our alarm the next morning. This summarizes our stay at Fujitaya: very clean, very comfortable, and an overall great stay. Both hosts were super accommodating and helpful. The property itself is in a quiet neighbourhood. Though it is not near train station, it is a short bus ride from Kyoto Station and a nearby local train station.

The hosts were making us feel uncomfortable, as if we were disturbing their family life. They literally changed their child in front of us as we were eating our breakfast. Their 2 children were noisy and agitated. They were constantly watching what we were doing. They were acting friendly, but only acting like so. Their friendliness is fake. It seems like they're doing it for cash and nothing else, unlike what they claim on their website.

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay for four nights. The owners were incredibly warm and hospitable, and they welcomed us into their home as if we were old friends. Our two kids didn’t want to leave all the fun and happiness - they especially loved playing with the owners’ boys every chance they could. On top of it all, the owners hosted our kids at their kiddie pool party that ended with homemade shave ice! We were lucky to stay and meet such amazing hosts.
