Nice hotel , Nice service A room was clean, wifi is easy to connect and speed internet I was so happy to stayed here :) and I will recommend this hotel to others. Hope to be back if I have travel in Nikko next time

Location wise, it will be suggested to either drive a rental car or use taxi service around Nikko Walking is not possible at night as it’s very dark Front desk staff are very polite and helpful 👍 Rooms are clean and brightly lit, worth the price and very cosy Enjoyed the pantry with coffee machine No breakfast area but a toaster, coffee machine and some kitchen appliances are ready for use Beds are comfy

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Amenities were good. The location may be less convenient for those who do not self drive.

The toilet is so fancy the shower is a good size the bed is a good size for a 3 people family (2 adults,1 kid)

Nice communal areas, rooms and has a large carpark. Location is a fair walk from town, so recommended more for drivers. Has no restaurant and with very limited food options nearby, but you can pick up drinks, snacks and instant noodles in the hotel in a pinch - do come prepared if intending to stay in.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, we like every corner in the hotel and staff are very friendly even suggested the good restaurant where was vary good. the room is well design and lovely. We had a good time stay in the hotel.

Room is huge compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. Modern styling, particularly loved the layout of the room. Tv was a great size and quality but disappointedly didn’t have any smart tv apps you can log into. It does have movie and other satellite channels. Bed was huge and super comfortable, 2 pillows on each side and a good weight duvet. We stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay.

This place was very clean with friendly staff. Unfortunately, there is no place to eat here and buses only run from the train station (downtown) to this hotel until 3pm and its a 30 minute walk. No place to eat here and when we wanted to go for something to eat just before 8pm, taxi's wouldnt come up to get us. There is however an amazing chinese restaurant about 10 minutes up the road.

Pros: super pretty and relaxing hotel. Nice environment. Big spacious and clean room. Free coffee, tea and miso soup near lobby. Cons: location is 30mins walk from train station (a nice walk in SPRING). But you can hire a taxi to fetch you (ard 1k). Food: no resturant onsite. Not sure where’s the nearest place to eat. There’s some instant food/ drinks for purchase beside the counter. Can pack some food and heat up with the microwave onsite. Will I stay here again? Yes! For the price and the comfortable and clean level.

It was the best hotel I’ve stayed during this trip to Japan. The hotel is very nicely designed and cozy. The common area has everything you need and the room is spacious, very nice for couple to get rest and take photos.

What a remarkable experience! The inability to find words speaks volumes. Everything was flawless, meeting high Western standards. Additionally, we inadvertently left a sweater in the room as we continued to Tokyo. Upon contacting the hotel, the staff were immensely helpful in resolving the issue. They efficiently arranged for the sweater to be delivered to Tokyo, saving us considerable effort and allowing us to continue our journey peacefully. The service was exceptional, especially considering that the responsibility was entirely ours. Absolutely outstanding service..

The room is very spacious even though I got the first floor room but it is ok. The hotel has lots of parking lot. Staff is very friendly. I forgot my stuff and the hotel staff help us and very supportive.

The hotel is very beautiful - ambiance was great, room was great, staff were excellent. The very clean common kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and miso soup was awesome and a boon to the travel weary. We could warm our food in the microwave and conventional ovens. The hotel also offered artisanal bread, pizza etc. for purchase, which could be reheated or baked in the ovens. Altogether a great hotel but it was far from the main area near the train station where most of the restaurants and convenience stores were.
