The Cantonal Hotel by Warwick's restaurant is a culinary gem in the heart of the city. With a blend of local flavors and international inspiration, each dish is a masterpiece. Impeccable service and elegant ambiance make it a dining haven for guests and locals alike.

The room fee was charged multiple times, and the front desk intentionally provided the incorrect email address. The hotel's customer service did not respond to emails sent to the provided address, and I have not received a refund yet. Very bad experience in Saudi 酒店重复收取房费，前台故意提供错误的邮件地址，导致邮件被退回，订单上的邮件地址也不回复。至今没有收到退款，非常糟糕的沙特经历！

Arrived here for a 3 day visit and was impressed by the size of room and cleanliness of the hotel in general. Very close to Kingdom Tower (Walking distance) and all other amenities around Olaya. Ate at the restaurant for breakfast each day and everything was sufficient to ful the day ahead. Great service also.

This new hotel, which only opened 4 months ago, is gorgeous. The staff is fantastic and so helpful, and the rooms are HUGE! It is located a short 7 block walk from the Kingdom Centre Tower in the financial district of Riyadh. The food was great (I had the breakfast buffet each morning and one evening we ate on the rooftop restaurant). Jahiroul was our server in restaurant for buffet, and never let our coffee cup get empty. Can't say enough good things about the Cantonal. It's probably more of a business hotel than family, although I saw families staying here. I will most definitely come back to this hotel when my husband and I return later this year. The wifi signal was extremely strong, something that can't be said about every hotel. My only suggestion would be softer pillows. We returned in July 2023 for another business stay. Same great service; staff even remembered us! Jahiroul Alam, from Bengladesh, was again our server in the restaurant. He was extremely attentive to our needs. This trip I used the workout room, which is about the size of most hotel gyms, so adequate. Everything in it was clean, well maintained and new. Water was readily available. I must commend the reception staff for helping us when we discovered our cell phones would not allow us to make or receive calls or texts. The manager called the hotel driver who took us places and then returned at an agreed-upon time to retrieve us since we could not call a taxi or Uber. Just can't say enough good about the staff and hotel itself.

Fantastic and convenient hotel. They have great facilities and simply love their roof top lounge/restaurant. but staff members are truly exceptional, misplaced my phone in a taxi, the staff retrieved footage from the CCTV made contact with the driver and few hours later the phone was duly returned. Special praise to Larna, Leda and Moshael who made our stay memorable

Very good place to stay. Very silent hotel, super restaurant, personal and service is top and premium.

I have the pleasure to be in this hotel, and I found everything more than great especially the service at the restaurant I met somebody called Amer he is very good. In addition to that the room service is great.
