Hotel acolhedor, staff mt simpático, sempre prestável e atencioso. Quarto agradável e limpinho. Spa afável (é pequeno mas como funciona com marcações estava adequado ao número de pessoas presente), o único senão foi msm a temperatura (estava demasiado quente). P.s. não fornecem gratuitamente roupão, chinelos e toalhas, o que normalmente acontece num hotel de 4*. Jantar mt bom, com condições para famílias com filhos (como é o nosso caso), atendimento mt prestável, atenderam a todos os pedidos, prato principal (no caso bacalhau com broa) mt saboroso e bastante apelativo. Sobremesa igualmente boa (folhado de leite creme). Recomendo vivamente. Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade, desde doces a salgados, vários tipos de pão, vários tipos de sumos, compotas, iogurtes, cereais, bastante bom na verdade. Novamente saliento a simpatia do staff, desde a receção, bar, restaurante e demais. Na realidade só não dou 5* porque o quarto no qual ficamos hospedados não tinha varanda e valorizo bastante esse aspecto. Se assim não fosse daria 5* com toda a certeza. Para a próxima que cá vier terei esse aspecto em atenção aquando da reserva. É um até já.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Hotel genossen, aber empfehlen, dass es am besten geeignet für Reisende, die ein Auto haben. Es ist nicht sehr nahe zu irgendetwas anderes so erfordert einen Spaziergang oder Fahrt in die nächste Stadt von Rega, auf der anderen Flussbank und über eine Brücke. Wenn Sie das Frühstück oder Abendessen im Hotel haben, ist es weniger ein Problem. Zimmer haben gute Aussichten auf den Fluss, Rega und Weinberge. Sie sind nicht erstaunlich, oder groß, aber sind modern, sauber und haben die Einrichtungen, die die meisten Reisenden brauchen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine entspannte Vibe und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Lounges auf der Ebene, wo sich der Außenspa, der Innenpool und die Sauna befinden. (Schwimmkappen für den Pool sind obligatorisch und können kaufbar) , was alles für einen angenehmen Nachmittag entspannt nach dem Geschmack des Weins oder nach dem Kreuzen des Douro-Flusses. Personal mit Freude an den Spa und Terrasse. Wir essen einmal im Restaurant und genossen es sehr. Am zweiten Abend kamen wir sogar wieder zur Schokoladewüste! Das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Restaurant verfügt über eine geräumige Terrasse mit River-Aussichten, die es für eine Freude, dort draußen zu sitzen. Die Parkgarage ist jedoch eine Herausforderung, und die meisten Gäste parken auf der Straße. Insgesamt hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit.

Just a one night stay with my family. The river rooms are very nice and confortable, very clean, great view, good airconditioning and silent. We had buffet dinner, the food was very good. Not a huge buffet but the quality was good and the service also. The view form the Restaurant at sun set was great. Breakfast was also buffet, simple but good, the athmosphere was good, just relaxing viewing Douro.

Schöne Aussichten außer, dass mein Zimmer direkt vom Aufzug entfernt war, hatte einen Blick auf einen riesigen Stromturm direkt außerhalb des Fensters, hatte ein laut beeping nicht funktionieren Telefon und Rezeption Mitarbeiter, die nicht kümmerten und hatte Null Interesse an der Befestigung oder Ersetzung. Dann wurde ein Paar mit einem Baby und laut machenden Hund neben meinem Zimmer gestellt. Der Hund begann um 6:40 Uhr zu machen, das Paar scheinbar weiter schlafen, und ich musste mein Zimmer verlassen und einen ruhigen Platz in einem sehr kleinen Raum finden. würde nicht hier wieder reservieren. Die gute Sache ist der kleine Pool, der sauber gehalten wird, die Aussichten so lange, wie Sie nicht in Zimmer 9 oder 10 sind, und das Restaurant, das geeignet ist, wenn begrenzte Mahlzeiten serviert. Daniella ist ein wunderbares Personal und verdient es, Teil eines professionelleren und hilfreicheren Teams zu sein.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this hotel. We meant to have a romantic vacation, away from the kids. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the place. The views are amazing, the hotel is different and mixes old with new. The room was nice, not a 5 star room, but pleasant enough. We also enjoyed the dinner, food was great. The problem with this hotel was the service. We had some disappointing experiences that managed to downgrade the whole experience. 1 - there was no one to accompany us to our room upon arrival. 2- the bathtub and shower had mold. 3- I mentioned several times that my husband’s birthday was during our stay, and nothing was arranged by the hotel. 4- we were told we would have a welcome gift in our room, that turned out to be a water bottle and 2 oranges… 5 - when we asked for more shower gel to the cleaning ladies, we were looked with suspicion, almost like we were lying about not having any in our basket. And then the cleaning lady just suddenly commanded us to put on the face mask. That was our first really bad experience. 6 - the breakfast is until 11 am. But when we showed up at 10h30, there was already little food and the empty trays are not being refilled. If you stayed until after 11, you had the distinct feeling you were very unwelcome. 7 - on our last morning, we asked an employee for 2 cappuccinos from the expresso machine, and that was when we were faced in full with the lack of proper training. The reply we got was more proper from a corner bar than from a 5 star hotel. Not to mention we could hear the employees discussing private matters while we were eating. It was like we weren’t even there. 8 - the check out is to pay and leave. There was no “how was your stay”, nothing. To finish, I would say this hotel would be more deserving of a 3/4 star rating than a 5 star. The service we got was definitely not a 5 star service. The 3 stars I am giving are due to the place and dinner food.

Es ist ein Hotel mit (weniger) Excellenz-Sitzplatz im Douro, in dem alle Zimmer einen herrlichen Blick auf den Douro-Fluss haben, der nur wenige (wenige) Meter entfernt ist, die eine inspirierte ruhige Landschaft übermitteln. Die Einstellung, Verfügbarkeit und Gesten, die immer mit einem einfachen und einfachen Lächeln der Hotelmitarbeiter bei jeder beantragten Anfrage verbunden sind, fügen entscheidend den Willen hinzu, dorthin zurückzukehren, wo sie uns so gut behandelt. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr vernünftigen und angemessenen Preis vs Qualität, ohne die ”Übertrieben”, die in anderen Hotels in dieser Region praktiziert werden und die dann nicht in den Aufenthalt und den Dienstleistungen reflektiert werden. Es wird immer eine Erfahrung zu wiederholen in mehreren Stunden des Ja, ich weiß.

Es war absolut erstaunlich, dass wir im Dourotal dank des Douro Royaltal Hotel&Spa hatten, vor allem weil unsere Reise stattfand, als es meistens regnete... Glücklicherweise konnten mich und mein Mann diese Zeit richtig in der Hotelspa nutzen, Massage haben, die Zeit im Schwimmbad genießen, etwas Zeit in der Sauna verbringen und sogar im Fitnessraum. Dank der Einrichtungen des Hotels war die Reise nicht ein Verschwendung von Zeit, wir konnten aktiv ausruhen, wir genossen auch sehr die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hotels und die Pflege des Personals so dass das Hotel insgesamt ein ruhiger Ort zum Aufenthalt. Was uns von Überraschung ergriffen war absolut erstaunliches Abendessen - jedes von 6 Kursen, die wir hatten, wurde vorbereitet und serviert mit so einem Meister, dass wir dachten, wir sind im Restaurant mit Michelin Star-Chef-Chapelo Bas zum Chef - Ihre Kurse sind absolut Meisterwerk und das Beste der besten, die wir auf unserer 2-week Reise in Portugal versucht haben.
