Pros: 1. The room was large with good facilities, a fridge, a professional hairdryer and a kettle. 2. Extremely comfortable bedding. 3. We got breakfast in our room daily based on a list we filled out when we arrived (with all the basic options available), and the food was always fresh. 4. Convenient location in the city centre and in a walkable distance to Ibla. 5. Wifi connection was excellent. Cons: 1. Cleanliness and maintenance of the room could be better. 2. The hotel had an impressive ambience as it was an old building that had been restored, but it could benefit from more decorations to enhance its overall atmosphere.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo 3 notti e per quello che offrono il prezzo è uno scandalo.Camere sporche con ,odore sgradevole ovunque, scomodo il parcheggio e la cortesia del personale lascia molto a desiderare. Sconsiglio il soggiorno..

Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà, o meglio non sono foto recenti. La struttura è da ristrutturare, avendo prenotato una Junior suite mi sarei aspettato più cura nei dettagli. Il soffione della doccia rotto, poi sostituito con un altro peggio; lo scarico mal funzionante, muffa nel box doccia, luce del bagno a intermittenza. Nel terrazzino vasi con fiori secchi e usati come posacenere. Sala colazione solo con 4 tavolini e 8 sedie, nonostante ci siano 10 camere. Il tavolo buffet privo di salati e molto spesso privo di bicchieri, tovaglioli e piatti. L'unico cosa positiva è la posizione centrale dell'hotel e vicino a un parcheggio multipiano.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bel palazzo storico. Camera molto bella e ampia a prezzo onesto. Peccato che all'arrivo sotto la pioggia l'hotel era chiuso e nessuno alla reception. La colazione servita in camera veramente modesta. Ci era stato detto che una porzione di biscotti locali corrispondeva a vari assaggi di specialità... un biscotto secco ciascuno. Ci siamo consolati con una pasticceria vicina. Da ripristinare colazione in sala che qualche anno fa era veramente ottima. Penso sia cambiata la gestione. Segni di abbandono nel palazzo. Poi ok per il prezzo può essere accettabile.

Tutto splendido, personale gentile, il direttore con simpatia e pazienza ci ha dato diverse indicazioni su dove è cosa mangiare di tipico e si é messo a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa, la gentilezza é sempre un buon biglietto da visita. Colazione abbondante e buona. Le rondini al mattina come risveglio ti fanno sentire dentro una favoletta. Esperienza consigliatissima.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Es un viejo palacio sin ascensor por lo que tal vez no sea adecuado para personas de mucha edad. Buen desayuno. Lo de las campanas de la iglesia cercana no es para tanto.

Trattandosi di un palazzo antico a pochi passi dalla cattedrale di S.Giovanni, in pieno centro storico,l'hotel ha mantenuto lo stile originale.Le camere sono molto spaziose con tetti alti e decorati e dotate di tutti i comfort.La colazione scelta da un menù viene servita in camera.Esperienza positiva

Hotel situato in un palazzo storico del centro di Ragusa. Camera spaziosa all'ultimo piano, con suggestivo affaccio sui tetti spioventi della città. Letto grande e comodo, bagno ampio. La colazione viene servita in camera per mancanza di una sala apposita, con scelta tra dolce (cornettini, bombette farcite, biscotti) e salata (frittata, toast) Reception aperta in determinate fasce orarie, almeno in stagione non alta. Ringraziamo il ragazzo che ci ha accolti per la gentilezza e disponibilità. L'albergo è vicinissimo ad un comodo parcheggio coperto, dista 10 min a piedi dalla zona storica di Ibla ed è situato nei pressi di numerosi locali e ristoranti della parte più commerciale. Prezzo assolutamente congruo all'offerta
