We had been using AirB&B for a while and we find this unit not to our standards. Shower hand holder was loose as well as bath mat was missing. No face towels provided.

This is my go-to place whenever I go to manila. The location is in the middle of everything. Its near to everything essential too.

The location of the accomodation is perfect for long and short stays for small and bigger groups. We felt safe and even without exaggerated security measures. No issues with sourcing food and necessities. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Good catch! 🚀

Well spent stay in this hotel. The ambiance is so good and we will definitely go back

The room was dirty, had roaches, stains on mattress. Towels were stained and did not smell fresh. Room was not cleaned daily. I checked-out days earlier because of the poor service and was not offered a refund or any type of compensation for my shortened stay. Stairs in the room was not safe for children, seniors or tall people. Pictures provided were deceiving. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope that my review will be read and that I will get some sort of compensation for my early check out.

The place is accessible for those who own cars. You need to contact them using your personal phone since you do not have other ways to contact the lobby and if you ask something you need to communicate twice or make a follow up The experience is just neutral.

The rooms are tiny and the hallway is very hot. Had to book another hotel for other member of the family because the parking lot was full. Most of the rooms are rented out as apartments.

Where to begin to tell you what a waste of money this was... First they mix me up with someone who has the same sounding name telling me upon check-in that my reservation was only good till a certain date. Only after I showed them their email confirmation do they double check, and then have the nerve to tell me not to get upset. Next they only accept cash. What hotel accepts only cash and to pay upfront for the whole stay?? The place looks like a better version of a dorm. The sofa had a hole. The shower curtain was torn. Cleaning only happens upon request. Why? "Kasi dalawa lang po kami." The toilets smelled like a sewer ("imburnal"). And all they did after complaining was spray it with an air freshener. Internet worked 10% of the time and you're only given a Globe Home Wifi router upon request. Which was useless anyway because it didn't work most of the time. You had to pay for parking every time you parked. 50 pesos/day. 300/pesos overnight. Plus, as they said during check-in, only if space is available.
