InterContinental Qingdao

The hotel is quite old but the view is really great and the breakfast has various international various menu.

We enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Hotel. It is in walking distance from the lighthouse and you can watch the light show from there or just outside the hotel.

I stayed here for a conference held nearby. What a lovely hotel!!! Amazing lobby, great service, nice clean big room. So comfortable and right on the water. I would stay here again for sure.

Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

Good location with sea view. Room was clean and service was good.

A hidden gem! Fabulous location and views to die for. The staff were helpful and accomodating. Fitness and pool facilities were top notch, as was the dining options. Nice friendly touches on New Year. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

The facilities and setup are very old, including the hairdryer and toilet. The toilet even clogged and claimed to be no room for exchange, we have no choice but waited for fixing. Bad option.

Rooms and facilities are a bit outdated now. The hotel needs some renovation. Location is not bad, and good for business meetings. Services are generally good. Lobby is always busy with people who we weren't sure if they were guests or not. breakfast here is not the typical intercontinental quality you have in mind. this needs some improvement by the hotel management. There are nearby shopping malls, but not nearby local restaurants. Thus, location is just so-so or not bad. Gym facilities are good but the space itself is a sad-looking environment. This again needs renovation perhaps to revamp how it looks.
