Tive problemas com o check-in, fiquei esperando 1 hora a mais do que o combinado e ainda me deram o quarto errado, contratei um quarto e me deram outro e não quiseram alterar.

We had a great time at this resort. All of the restaurants were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. We especially liked Kelvin from the pool swim up bar and Madeline from the pool entertainment staff. The rooms were extremely clean but not as nice as other resorts we’ve stayed at. We loved how close the rooms were to the pool, beach, restaurants and lobby.

The staff were incredibly helpful, they literally couldn’t do enough for you.
Felt incredibly safe on the resort and with so much on offer, there was always something to keep you entertained.
Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

I can’t say enough about Bahia Principe. I have been to DR Punta Cana multiple times and this was by far the best stay I have had. The staff was incredibly friendly and diligent. Special shout out to Miguel, a maintenance man in the beach. He was extremely kind and helpful! The food was incredible and clean. Also they offered plenty of authentic options. Loved this place!

The food was excellent. The staff was very grumpy and seemed they did not like to work there. Very unfriendly. Talked very fast and were hard to understand and didn’t care. Most times we gave up trying to communicate. No one was helpful. There was no explanation of where anything was and no maps. There were no pool activities or even music by the pool. When there were, it was just the staff dancing. It also started at 4:00 when everyone was going in for the day. Not a fun atmosphere. Had good massages at the spa, but got an “age defying” facial and all it was was a face massage. She didn’t even wash my face! No scrub, no mask, just a lot of oil that I had to go back and wash off. Room was great, clean and maid service was good.

We thought that we would pay extra (Ambar is like 3 times more money then the cheapest one Bahia has)
Unfortunately it was not worth it. The food was mediocre, the drinks were not tasty. We stayed at Majestic (which is right next door) two years ago and it was 10 times better.
The staff was not attentive and they charged us 25 dollars for 1 hour extended stay!!!
We will not be coming back to this place.

First timers; we were impressed! Staff exceeded expectations. Almost no missteps. Beach was beautiful, pools were outstanding. Not at all crowded. I highly recommend. We will try other of their properties.
