The breakfast was very crowded and it was such a busy hotel with a lot of functions

This is a clean, comfortable hotel, very close to the airport, that's ideal for people transiting through the city.

The rooms are clean and spacious. But the food at the eatery is not so good.

Hotel was good in terms.of cleanliness and food..just the staff was little confused and slow..overall a good hotel to stay in..

Einfacher Zugang zum Phenix-Markt. Nach der Zimmerreinigung gab es keine ausreichende Turmversorgung. An ***chen Tagen blieb nur noch ein Turm übrig, an anderen Tagen waren es ganz normal zwei oder drei Türme.

Reception team is excellent and very courteous, especially when I met Mr Abhishek, he resolved all my queries quickly..The guy also updated me after I went inside room , that kind of staff is there , food is excellent including breakfast and dinner.

The service was very nice, hotel is also too good, breakfast was also fantastic, rooms are also amazing, Staff is also good and do visit Sheraton, its really nice and the whole team have celebrated my birthday so well. Special thanks to Yogeshwar, Vinayak Patil and Pradip. Thank you!!

This is the best hotel I visited in pune I got the best services from rahul and santosh and bhimraj. Location was good House keeping was perfect And all other service were up to the mark I like the ambiance of the hotel And behaviour of staff was good

What truly sets Four Points by Sheraton apart is the attention to detail and the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, Executive Vinayak Patil, Paleshwari and Rahul Gawali was extremely Good at service and was very helpful. Good job guys keep it up. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking for a five-star experience.

The hotel was excellent in all ways. The staff, security guards, front desk, dining room, drivers and cleaners were friendly, helpful, patient and efficient. Cake mixing ceremony event was very excellent

I just call up hotel boardline no. For early check in since my boyfriend is traveling all the way from Japan but lady handling the call was so rude. She just said no directly on my face after requesting so many times. I didn’t expect this from Marriott property like this. We also have our anniversary so i ask what can you for us but she just change the topic.

At first I must tell all staff are very good interms of service , exceptionaly Executive Avijit was extremely Good at service and sugested us some live ordered and he took initiative to make special masala and ginger tea for us his smile and way of service is really appreciatable ,may God bless you Avijit
