This hotel was recommended to me by a local resident, who later told me that they had heard it had just been sold to new owners. If that is true, then the new owners do not understand the basics of hospitality in a hotel. My room was clean and comfortable, but I noticed a pool party being set up for an 18th birthday celebration as I left for dinner. When I returned at 11:00pm, the outdoor dance sound system was pumping at full volume, and the dancing went on until after midnight (on a Tuesday night). It was then followed by 30 minutes of shouted birthday well wishes by each of the guests over the PA system. Finally at almost 1:00am I could no longer hear the sounds of the party. The next morning, I went to a breakfast with no hot food service (no eggs or sausage present, nor available upon request). The pastries appeared to be day old, and the cereal was stale. Needless to say, I will not be returning for another stay.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per capodanno, l’albergo si presenta moderno, immerso nel verde e tra i castagneti, personale cortese e disponibile, abbiamo optato per due notti incluso cenone di San Silvestro, le camere si presentano ampie e alcune anche con dei terrazzini, il proprietario è stato molto disponibile alla nostra richiesta, in quanto essendo in possesso di un cane ci hanno dato proprio la camera con il terrazzo, la colazione è buona e presenta una vasta gamma di prodotti, la cena di San silvestro è stata buona, accompagnata con dell’ottima musica,staff e camerieri molto cordiali e gentili, per chi è amante del relax e decide di abbandonare per qualche giorno il caos cittadino, questa è un’ottima meta

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti a natale con tutto il mio gruppo familiare. Siamo stati benissimo. Il personale professionale e sempre gentile in tutti i reparti, ottima la cucina e confortevoli le stanze e gli ambienti...lo consiglio a tutti, anche d estate grazir alla piscina sarà sicuramente un' oasi di pace.

Ottimo Hotel, con camere pulite, e personale gentilissimo, senza parlare della cucina, veramente ottima, La posizione strategica, in un solo week-end abbiamo avuto la possibilità di poter visitare un bel po’ di bellezze della zona, ( vi consiglio Venosa). Grazie alla reception che ci ha saputo indirizzare in posti magnifici.

Siamo stati ospiti del ristorante dell'hotel Il Castagneto di Melfi per questa domenica e non possiamo esprimerci se non con molteplici lodi. Dalla piena disponibilità ricevuta per organizzare il pranzo, alla meravigliosa accoglienza, all'attenzione nel servizio da parte di tutto il personale di sala, per finire con un'ottima performance dello chef che ci ha fatto mangiare da 10 e lode. In ultimo una splendida passeggiata nel loro castagneto a raccogliere il famoso marroncino di Melfi, un divertimento assicurato per i più piccoli e perché no anche per i grandi! È la quarta volta che ritorniamo in questo posto e devo ammettere che non ci ha mai deluso.

I miei genitori hanno scelto questa location per festeggiare il loro 40esimo anniversario di matrimonio. È stata una festa perfetta: ambienti puliti, ampi ed eleganti, servizio attento e cortese, pranzo delizioso dalla prima all'ultima portata, allestimenti raffinati, tutto in linea con le richieste fatte dai miei genitori. Un ringraziamento al Titolare, allo Chef e a tutto il personale di sala per la cortesia e la professionalità. Vito e Pina.

Se cercate la pace immersi nel verde con piscina colazione spaziale questo è il posto giusto.personale gentile disponibile .ambienti curati e puliti stanze molto belle con terrazzo ..anche x cani !!! Parcheggio dedicato gratuito .prezzi giusti

Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere un soggiorno presso questo hotel, scelta perfetta! Siamo stati accolti benissimo, alla reception, personale gentile e disponibile verso i propri ospiti, checkin senza attesa, abbiamo ricevuto una bella camera, ampia con prodotti di cortesia di qualità, e con igiene impeccabile, in più con una dolcissima sorpresa un dolce che inebriava tutta la camera dal suo profumo, ancora caldo! Complimenti allo scef! Siamo rimasti anche a cena dove abbiamo gustato un cena perfetta. Ottimi piatti preparati con prodotti tipici del territorio, ma rivisitati da un eccellente scef! L'hotel è circondato dal verde, dove si respira ossigeno , e un ottima scelta in tutte le stagioni, d'estate si può usufruire di una fantastica piscina. Se vuoi visitare Melfi e tutti i paesi che la circonda e l'hotel perfetto, noi torneremo molto volentieri!!!

Pranzo di ferragosto passato in comitiva con amici, premetto che per lavoro giro parecchio ma la cucina veramente deludente molti self-service sono di migliore qualità il servizio di alcuni camerieri non molto solerti hanno peggiorato la situazione la preparazione dei piatti di scarsa qualità.Le bevande incluse nel prezzo Buono. Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso. Da dimenticare almeno x il pranzo in oggetto.
