Everything here is great. Good host Dave & Arturo very friendly location and safe for any vacation or events. Place is very clean & big &peaceful. I recommend this for anyone to come here you have everything you here pool fire pit bbq nice Oceanview.

Stayed here a couple month ago and we had the greatest time! WAY better than expected, in fact we even rented 4 more nights extra. The service and hospitality was absolutely unbeatable. Super welcoming and treated us like we were long -time friends or family. The location was very nice and right on the beach. Safe and secured. There's a bunch of great spots to eat, all in walking distance. Also, there are sand dunes that rent ATVs close by, about a 5 minute drive. New favorite place without a doubt. Thank you!

My wife and I were astoundingly enchanted by the breath-taking scenic views from our room. The local food was fantastic, presenting a myriad of mouth-watering options. We felt very secure in the area and had an unforgettable adventure riding quads, rented from the nearby ATV rentals at the sand dunes. It was an exhilarating experience that added to our wonderful stay. We have nothing but high praises and strongly recommend this place to everyone looking for quality service and an all-around unforgettable experience. Don't miss out!

Casa Playa resort was a great place to stumble across while in Mexico. The facility offers everything on one safe, secure and private location. They even had a private beach for sunset walks. Close to plenty of great restaurants, taco stands, and a weekend outdoor markets. Baja Pig was the overall favorite. Great place to stay with a help staff available 24/7. We look forward to our return. Special thanks to Ulga and her amazing home cooked meals. Casa Playa was everything we hoped and more.We arrived late in the evening without a reservation which could have been a nigh**are. Thankfully Casa Playa had a room available and were kind enough to book us in after 11pm. Not until the next morning did we realized what a beautiful place we’d stumbled upon. Beautiful rooms, convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Definitely had the small town feel we were looking for. If you’re looking for a quiet place to regroup and unwind. This is the place. Hard to find all these amenities in an authentic style resort that actually feels like you’re in Mexico and not staying in a remodeled hospital. Strong recommend! Thanks for another wonderful weekend relaxing on your wonderful property. The private beach, pool, and hot tub overlooking the ocean clearly separates Casa Playa from the rest of the hotels that feel like you never left the US. The staff was wonderful and always available to fulfill your needs. Small town feel with ends ways to stay entertained. This is the only place we stay while in Mexico and you’ll soon know why. My stay was highlighted by the great service and remarkable hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms, they definitely pay attention to detail. The staff was simply amazing, always willing to go the extra mile. Additionally, the bars in Rosarito were well worth a visit, fun a**osphere. Highly recommended for a satisfying getaway!

Great views, comfy beds, great place to read a book and journal while watching the waves crash on the shore. Great place for reflection and relaxing. Clean beds and clean rooms. I arrived skeptical because of some of the other reviews but they must have been having a bad day, my stay was smooth and lovely from the moment I arrived to the moment I left

Casa Playa resort in Primo Tapia is an amazing place to relax and unwind. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough for dining out and do a little shopping. Once you arrive at the giant compound you quickly realize all the amenities are designed to relax and unwind a stressed body. From the private beach, swimming pool, hot tub, and helpful 24hr staff ready to meet the needs of each visitor. The only hard thing about Casa Playa is when it comes time to leave. Thank you!

We have a great time staying in the cabin right over the water. We have a nice fire in the fire pit and cooked a bbq right by the water. Every day we could listen to the nice sound of waves and see the colorful sunsets every evening. The staff was very helpful and took us on a tour of the wineries. We will always remember our romantic weekend and we hope to someday come back again.

This place is a crap hole, it was a very dirty place, they left everything dirty, dirty towels that someone wiped their but with were left in my room also we got sheets out of the closet, one blanket which had wet pee on it and a few dirty sheets that were absolutely disgusting. Also we had a bunch of their cleaning stuff which was left in my room and also a bunch of things wrong with this place. Another thing that was terrible was dealing with this guy who is the “manager” or whatever, he was terrible, for example the first few days we asked for the hot tub to be warmed up and he told us he would and in a few days he heated it (we stayed for 4 nights) all he did was make excuses for not doing it, “ I’m 68, I forget things and the plumber didn’t come” etc, even though all it took was the click of a button and he could have done it plus he had 3 days to do it, he is just not right mentally. Also one of the beds did not even have a sheet. I think it is not worth your money unless you somehow get him to take 5 dollars. We walked in and we about threw up, everything was dirty, the showers even ****** they were dirty and didn’t get warm. He is also a little creepy to be around, and one of his many dogs attempted to bite me and growled at all of us. JUST NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT COME HERE, WASTE OF MONEY. It looks like it’s amazing but looks are deceiving for sure, definitely don’t recommend. The bathrooms were also disgusting and terrible the beds were terrible the place was overall horrible and gross, we ended up buying our own bedding such a waste of money. It’s a terrible place. Sorry to the guy but this place sucks.
