Spent some amazing time with friends at this heritage hotel,Experiencing Jungle safari / Sand dunes Safari ..lunch by the river also witnessed flying squirrel at sitamata wild life santuary .. I stayed there for 2 days and one of the best thing was their service,the staff was homely.Next time i am planning to take my family here ❤️ A must visit ✅

One of a kind experience it was in Fort Dhariyawad, UdAIPUR The fort is 400 years old and they have so warmth in welcome and services. Staff and everyone’s welcome and take care is the best thing here. I went with my friends and we did Desert safari , yea high by the sunset in a desert, roam around in jeep and at night jungle safari. The second day we went for an amazing lunch by the riverside in Sitamata wild life jungle area where I got to the best Rajasthani local dishes made in wooden fire by the locals and enjoy meal by beautiful river side. It is a wonderful experience and would love to visit again with family.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent family run operation and original palace converted into a heritage hotel, the Fort of Dhariyawad holds a glorious history. Located at a short driving distance from Udaipur, Fort Dhariyawad was founded by the Royal Prince Sahasmal (the second son of the legendary hero Maharana Pratap of Mewar, Udaipur) in the middle of 16th century. The experiences are most recommended, especially the picnic by the river. Divya and Chandrika are the most gracious hosts you will ever meet.

Fort Dhariyavad isn’t just a hotel, it’s an amazing experience, loved every single moment we spent there! The experiences they provide you are incredibly good. We did jungle river side lunch, had sundowner at a hill side, spotted a leopard during night safari. If you are planning to go there plan atleast for 2-3 nights. The hotel itself is a charming and heritage property, build around 400 years ago but now equipped with all basic and luxury amenities. We surely had great time there!

The place is amazing. The service and the staff is really good. I love the way they take care of you. Also, they have recently opened a new restaurant. Loved the food their too. They have a clean swimming pool too

Recently visited this beautiful property which belongs to the 2nd son of Maharana Pratap. It's 120 kms from Udaipur and is definitely worth the visit with your family and loved ones. The food, the services, staff and the vibes of this place cannot be replaced by any other property. They take you to special sundowner where you can enjoy your evening tea. ***** with that they take you to special lunch in between the jungle inside the Sitamata Sanctuary. You will definitely love the peaceful vibes away from the hustle of the city. This place has become one of my favourites and I will definitely plan my trip here super soon.

The best place to stay in Dhariyawad is Fort Dhariyawad, which is a heritage property and is over 400 years old. This fort was build by the second son of Maharana Pratap and currently his 25th generations take care of the property and honestly they are the best host you can ask for. The fort is a perfect blend of heritage and luxury. I stayed there for 2 nights and they organised several excursions for us. 1. They arranged for a beautiful Sundowner in Kush ***gri Dunes. The entire setup was so dreamy. 2. They took us for a night safari to Sitamata Wildlife Sanctuary which is famous for leopards and flying squirrels. Nothing compares to the thrill of going to a jungle at night. 3. Day 2, we went on a jeep safari to Kunteriya for jungle lunch. We enjoyed traditional Rajasthani lunch right next to a river. 4. On Day 3 for breakfast we went to Jakham Dam, which was absolutely gorgeous. Best part about the stay was the experiences that they organised and also the food, the food was delicious, loved the variety. The rooms were super comfortable, wifi was also good. The staff is super friendly, they were always on their toes to serve us, nothing compares to their amazing hospitality. Overall had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience an offbeat Rajasthan.

Dhariyawad est un beau fort, bien conservé, bien entretenu, bien géré. Bien qu'en centre vile, il y fait calme. Contrairement à beaucoup d'autres palaces qui sont de véritables usines à touristes où tout est froid rigide et insipide, de la décoration au buffet en passant par le personnel, ici tout est chaleureux, intimiste, raffiné, attentionné. On se sent bien au Dhariyawad Héritage au point de ne pas avoir envie d'en partir. Notre chambre bien que n'étant pas une suite était luxueuse, meublée et décorée avec goût. Pour y parvenir on accède à un corridor avec balancelle, un petit salon cossu. La chambre dispose d'un salon avec fauteuils, canapé, alcôves, bureau, téléviseur, frigidaire, climatiseur et ventilateur, Bouteilles d'eau filtrée, bouilloire, thé et café à disposition. Rack pour les bagages. La salle de bain est grande avec baignoire et cabine de douche, deux lavabos. Cosmétiques de courtoisie.Le linge est propre et doux. La piscine est grande avec bain à remous. Elle très propre et entretenue avec des produits qui n'agressent ni la peau ni les yeux. Le dîner est servi dans le jardin face au fort. Les plats sont raffinés comme la soupe citron-menthe- coriandre et petits légumes, ou encore le Mungdal Halwa, ou les pani puri maison farcis d'oignons, de yaourt et de purée de pommes de terre. Le curry de légumes est parfumé sans être trop pimenté. Le lassi est délicieux. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la salle à ***ger à l'étage: corbeille de fruits frais, bananes, oranges, pomme, raisin. Coupelles de pastèque et papaye. Toast, petits gâteaux, omelette massala, et un plat que l'on trouve au petit déjeuner dans beaucoup de familles : Makai salaad (salade de mais et semoule aux herbes). Thé ou café. C'est le seul hébergement avec Castel Khandela, Ghanerao Castel et Tordi Garh où le personnel qui porte les bagages n'attend pas dans la chambre qu'on lui donne un pourboire. Dhariyawad Heritage propose la visite de villages Bhils et Meenas. Les paysages sont beaux, les villages sont très pauvres et certains habitants semblent un peu effarouchés. Visite d'écoles du gouvernement et d'une école privée sponsorisée par la famille du fort. Un arrêt thé petits gâteau est inclus au bord d'une rivière. L'environnement proche du fort est intéressant à découvrir : toute ces petites rues commerçantes très accueillantes avec des boutiques et des métiers qui datent du siècle dernier. L'Inde authentique tant qu'il est encore temps. Un grand merci à Chandrika Rawanat et Diyya Rawanat, les filles du Maharadja pour leur accueil, leur ouverture d'esprit et la façon dont elles gèrent cet établissement.
