Null absolut null alles. Zimmer so stinkend, Umgebung extrem dreckig und schlecht. Frotte dünn und alt. Betten unbequem und Kissen hart. Treppe rauf stei mit Gepäck schrecklich schwer. Nicht isoliert alles hört man, Privatsphäre null, Ruhe null, erholsame Aufenthalt null. Noch nie so schlechte Unterkunft gesehen.

PROS: The hotel was located in a good area within great walking distance to the historic center of the city. You'll also been in close walking distance to bars, restaurants, and small grocery shops. The room was very clean, and it seemed to be a newer accommodation, or at least updated. CONS: The layout of the room was ridiculous. As you can see in the photo, it isn't possible to sit on the toilet as they built it directly facing the sink vanity. No adult could possibly fit their right leg while sitting on the toilet. You either need to sit sideways or be a flexible ballerina. It will be helpful if you are a ballerina because the space to walk past the bed to get to the bathroom is less than one foot. The most disappointing part is the lack of customer service. There was never ever anybody behind the desk. I would pass by two or three times daily and there was never once in which there was someone there. The real proof of their lack of customer service is with breakfast. When I booked this hotel online, I saw that it did not include breakfast. *********** allows you to contact the hotel directly and I did asking if I could still add a breakfast. Nobody ever responded. When I arrived and checked in, my first question was about breakfast. He told me the price (twice as expensive as any other hotel I have stayed on my 5-week European trip) and I said I'd like to pay for my four mornings. He told me that it started at 7:30AM and I was thinking in my head if this would be early enough for me on all my days since I had tours. He offered that I could just pay for the first morning, and then decide on the other days later. That sounded like a good plan and I did it. The next morning I had my breakfast, no problem and then left for a day of touring. I came back and wanted to pay my other breakfasts, but nobody was at the desk. I waited, but nobody ever appeared. Later, I went to dinner and nobody was at the desk and I cam back from dinner and nobody was at the desk. I figured, oh well, I'll just pay in the morning. So, I arrive to breakfast in the morning and the guy told me I was not allowed to have breakfast because I had no reserved it in advance. He showed me a brochure (which was also in my room) which said breakfast must be paid in advance. So, yes, I was guilty as not reading the brochure to know this policy. BUT, the booking page never said their breakfast policy, I sent a message via *********** about breakfast and they never responded, the guy who checked me in never mentioned the breakfast policy even though our entire conversation was about breakfast (you'd think when he told me I could always pay later he would caution me of their policy), and 3 times the day before when i tried to pay for breakfast, there was no employee at the desk. So he just refused me. Not even an offer of a piece of bread, or a piece of fruit or one of their hundreds of teas. He said I could have nothing. I found it very disrespectful t

Yes Porto is very hilly…. Yes there are no lifts in hotel… Yes the room is small…. But it’s a basic hotel, at a basic price. The room was VERY clean. The shower was hot… And it’s a great central location. Fresh towels daily…. Room cleaned daily…. It’s located on a back street, and you can close the windows if noisy. We had an outside room with French windows. There was a hair drier and basic toiletries supplied. Including a toothbrush and paste. Only one thing missing. A kettle….. Would definitely recommend, even if not on a budget. This is a perfect location, and great little hostel. You do have to be fit, so not ideal if you have mobility issues. Breakfast can be bought, but you need to book the night before…. However, there are many perfect coffee shops nearby…. We used an amazing one, recommend by staff… Neti or similar. Great holiday…..

Beware of this property. While the staff were friendly, the room we stayed in was not as advertised and didn’t have any windows, but worse they had bed bugs. The property claimed this has never happened before but after only sleeping in the bed for 1.5 hours we felt them and saw them, and had to check out immediately at 2am. The property asked us to cancel our booking before they refunded the money which meant we couldn’t leave a bad review on *********** which customer service said was very sneaky. They also told us they would refund us for laundry service but did not after. It took us 5 hours and 70 euros to ensure that all of our bags, clothes etc were thoroughly steamed and cleaned so we would not take the bugs with us. We are now left with itchy bites that are following us on vacation, lost time and money. Even 5 star hotels can get bed bugs, but we can not recommend this property mainly because of how they dealt with the situation after.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Unico inconveniente i 48 scalini che facevamo più volte al giorno per raggiungere la camera. Per fortuna il ragazzo alla reception ci ha aiutato con le valigie. Staff molto gentile. Buona pulizia. La colazione modesta. Parcheggio di fronte alla struttura a 6 euro al giorno

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 2 notti, e, fatta eccezione per i numerosi uccelli appollaiti sui tetti delle abitazioni vicine, che fanno versi tutta la notte, il soggiorno è stato positivo. La posizione è molto buona, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Porto. La stanza era spaziosa, ben ventilata e pulita. Anche il bagno con doccia era piuttosto spazioso, anche se "cieco". L'unica pecca sono le strette scale che si devono salire per arrivare in stanza, che diventano difficoltose con le valigie.

Reservé este hotel porque estaba céntrico (al lado de la catedral y la estación de Sao Bento) y porque tenía parking y era un viaje que hacíamos en coche. La sorpresa fue que al llegar nos dijeron que no tenían parking propio del alojamiento y que tenían convenio con un parking privado que estaba cerca, bajamos las maletas (que eran varias y pesadas) y nos ayudaron a subirlas los 3 pisos sin ascensor que tiene el edificio. Fuimos al parking y el chico del parking nos dijo que no tenían sitio y que como mucho mirásemos en el de al lado que con mucha suerte podríamos aparcar y así fue, pudimos coger la última plaza de un parking descubierto y aún tuvimos que dar gracias. Se agradecería que si no tienen parking lo avisen porque se cogió casi por ese motivo. La habitación estaba muy aseada y el baño era correcto, las habitaciones no eran muy amplias pero cumplían su función. Las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo. Y las ventanas dan a una calle que no tiene muy buena pinta. Al hacer el check-out me ayudaron a sacar la maleta y luego mientras esperaba a mi pareja a que viniese con el coche había gente un poco extraña merodeando por allí y los chicos del hotel me miraban casi riéndose.

Tout a été dit , refait à neuf , très propre , chambres spacieuses , très bon rapport qualité /prix vu le centre . Le problème est que les petites rues sont très pentues pour y arriver et que l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur . La réception est au 1er étage avec seulement 3 chambres et c'est la galère pour monter dans les étages supérieurs avec des grosses valises . Donc personnes âgées s'abstenir . Petits déjeuners à 10 € ne vaut pas cela . Merci .

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato in questa guest house per quattro giorni nel mese di luglio. E’ una struttura graziosa, ma adatta a ragazzi e coppie giovani: non dispone, infatti, di ascensore e bisogna salire una scala un po’ ripida per accedere alle stanze. Questo non ha rappresentato però per noi un problema in quanto siamo in forma, oltre che dei buoni camminatori. La nostra sfortuna è stata invece l’assegnazione della stanza, la n. 303. Oltre ad essere piuttosto piccola tanto da non poter ospitare che un letto matrimoniale alla francese, è provvista di una finestrella situata in alto e con affaccio su un corridoio interno, anziché sull’esterno; questo comporta l’impossibilità del ricambio dell’aria (il bagno della camera è cieco) e la necessità di tenere pressochè sempre acceso il condizionatore quando ci si trova in stanza. Il nostro disagio è stato accresciuto dal fatto che era impossibile regolare con il telecomando le alette dello split in modo che l’aria non ci arrivasse direttamente addosso. Letta la nostra recensione su Booking, i gestori della guest house hanno chattato con noi usando parole offensive (ci hanno definiti dei malati di mente, bisognosi di uno specialista, e delle persone incapaci di leggere e capire la descrizione di una stanza). Abbiamo allora contattato il servizio clienti di Booking raccontando l'accaduto e chiedendo il loro intervento affinchè i proprietari della struttura si scusassero con noi e modificassero la descrizione della camera in modo che fosse fedele alla realtà. Ieri abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail dal customer care di Booking che ci informava del fatto che i gestori della guest house si rifiutavano sia di presentarci le loro scuse sia di disporre un rimborso a nostro favore che invece ci sarebbe stato accreditato da Booking per un importo pari a 25 euro da utilizzare per un soggiorno da prenotare in futuro su Booking o da trasferire sulla nostra carta di credito. Noi abbiamo optato per questa seconda soluzione in quanto non siamo stati completamente soddisfatti da come Booking ha gestito la controversia.
