Hotel Falli

Firstly, we would like to acknowledge the help Claudia provided in organising storage for our bicycles and luggage taxi transfer. Of all the hotels and B&Bs we stayed in during out Puglia cycling trip this was our favourite. We booked a double room with sea view and were given a room on the top floor with a great sea view right out onto the boardwalk. The room was light, airy and spacious with a large bathroom and great shower. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms appear to have been recently modernised and we liked the décor. The balcony was a perfect place to sit to get the afternoon sun. The hotel has parking across the road at the rear and a bar and restaurant. The restaurant was the only part of the stay which was a let-down. We ate dinner there which was really quite poor quality. The seafood tasted frozen which is strange for a port fishing town restaurant. The food was also very basic and a lot of the dishes were deep fried. The bread we were served was stale. The ambiance was a bit of a let-down as the restaurant lighting was far too bright. The breakfast was also very poor, especially given the standard of the hotel. The juices were from a carton and the offerings were primarily a small selection of cereals, cakes and pastries. We would highly recommend the hotel, just not the food and beverage offerings.

Last minute booking with only disabled room available Very clean room with usual facilities of safe hair dryer Mini bar etc Balcony with terrific view over marina with relatively quiet road between. Breakfast was excellent ( fresh orange machine 😀) with lovely and helpful staff. Bustling area with lots going on and wishing we could stay longer Food and drinks good value just across from Hotel Aperol spritz Large beer slice of Pizza and focaccia 15 Euros. Hotel has private car park at 10 euros a day but parking in side streets free. This hotel is tremendous value for money and recommend a room with this view

We loved staying at Hotel Falls. The value is excellent, its clean and the service is top notch. Especially at the front desk, Claudia helped us pick a lido that was superb and really made a difference in our 3 day stay. We would go back there in a minute.. Cute town right there a block away with many restaurants to choose from. Better Lidos are near Torre Lapillo beach.

We stayed with friends for one week at this amazing hotel. Great location in the center of Porto Cesareo but still quiet. Delicious breakfast with homemade cakes. Room spacious and cleaned. Kind and very helpful staff - We’ll be back, highly recommended!

L'hotel è molto bello soprattutto all'esterno e soprattutto di sera perché è molto scenografico. ci sono molti lati positivi : in particolare la gentilezza dello staff e la pulizia delle camere. Tuttavia vi sono alcune pecche che segnalo per poterle migliorare, Dunque da intendersi come critiche costruttive che spero verranno lette dalla proprietà. In primis segnalo, essendo un 4 stelle, la mancanza di un bollitore con the e tisane nelle camere. Il buffet della colazione era buono, ma non ai livelli di un 4 stelle per quantità e differenziazione dei prodotti. Lo staff di camerieri della colazione era molto gentile, ma un ragazzo alto con gli occhiali aveva sempre il broncio e non salutava mai e un altro, più piccolo sempre con gli occhiali è stato molto gentile ma è inaccettabile sentirsi dire "ciao" quando esci visto che sei un ospite e sei una persona adulta. Il servizio di noleggio biciclette in un 4 stelle dovrebbe essere completo e a disposizione degli ospiti. La insonorizzazione delle camere della dependance sul retro dell'hotel è completamente assente !!!! io sentivo il vicino di stanza andare in bagno, espletare i suoi bisogni e addirittura sentivo quando tirava l'acqua ...per non parlare della sua sveglia mattutina alle ore 6:30 che sentivo perfettamente dal mio letto nella camera accanto... sentivo addirittura alla porta aprire e chiudersi e tutti i discorsi sulle scale...questo è davvero inaccettabile. Tutte queste mancanze fanno sì che un hotel 4 stelle si debba meritare le 4 stelle. Comunque il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole nel complesso.

Hotel fantastico,vista mare mozzafiato.Le camere belle è pulite,colazione molto buona e di qualità,molto abbondante sia di dolce che di salato.L'Hotel a anche un ristorante di nome Cosimino, con vista mare Stupenda,si mangia benissimo,personale molto gentile,bravissimi è molto disponibili in particolare Simone e Mary,Simone complimenti per la tua gentilezza è disponibilità, consigliatissimo.

Hotel stupendo,vicinissimo al mare con camere che si affacciano sul mare,ci sono anche camere no lato mare,le camere sono grandi è pulite. Il personale è molto gentile,bravo è molto disponibile. Ottima colazione è abbondante che varia dal dolce al salato CONSIGLIATISSIMO.Hotel a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro,l'hotel a un bellissimo ristorante con prodotti di prima qualità, CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous fréquentons cet Hôtel et son excellente table. (l'une des meilleures de la région) Géré par une famille extraordinaire, tout le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients. On ressent une excellente atmosphère, il doit être agréable d'y travailler.... Je vous l'assure, encore plus d'y séjourner. Merci à toute l'équipe et à très bientôt. Umberto et Michèle

abbiano soggiornato per 10 gg in questa bellissma struttura. Camera moderna provvista di tutti i comfort con vista mare favolosa e ben insonorizzata. Comodo anche il parcheggio assolutamente indispensabile nella bolgia della settimane centrale di Agosto. Nonostante gli aspetti positivi elencati mi sento però in dovere di fare qualche piccola critica. Una bellissima struttura come il Falli meriterebbe una maggiore attenzione per quanto concerne la qualità di alcuni prodotti della colazione che, nonostante sia molto variegata, difetta nella freschezza di alcuni prodotti e mi riferisco in particolare ai cornetti, ai toast e al pan bauletto. Seconda e ultima nota il posizionamento del condizionatore in camera di fronte al letto non è certo quella che potrebbe definirsi la soluzione ideale specie se lo si tiene acceso di notte (soluzione obbligata visto che è impossibile dormire con le porte aperte per i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dal sottostante ristorante Cosimino). Per quanto riguarda la colazione si può sicuramente migliorare ma per il condizionatore credo che non si possa fare diversamente. Comunque esperienza da ripetere.
