Quality Inn & Suites Airport

Schrecklich, dass ich dort ankam und am nächsten Tag hatte ich Covid-Thru, funktionierte nicht mit meiner Selbstisolation, die ich bezahlte und musste 2 Tage lang nach Toilettenpapier fragen. Sie beantworten nie das Telefon an der Rezeption und kommunizieren überhaupt nicht miteinander. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Alles schlecht das bisher schlechtere Hotel und ich habe schon in einigen übernachtet.

Everything was horrible! The first room I was in, none of the lights work. I called the front desk and they said they would be right there to try and fix them. I waited over an hour, sitting in the dark, and then went to the office where the office ladies were extremely rude about it and basically called me a liar saying I didn't call the office and that the lights were fine, they did move me to another room. The other room had issues also, it was extremely dirty and there was stains all over the bed, and the TV didn't work and maintenance couldn't get it working and even told the office ladies and they didn't care and were rude again. The coffee maker in the room didn't work, nor was there coffee or breakfast available for the guests as the website stated there was. That was a good portion of why I chose this hotel to stay at. As I was checking out this morning, I even addressed the coffee situation with a now 3rd different lady and I was pointed to a gas station to go buy coffee when it was supposed to be included. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Will not stay at this hotel again, ever. I have nothing nice to say about this hotel. The hotel itself doesn't care to make anything right and told me to contact Choice Hotels for that and Choice Hotel tells me to contact the hotel itself. Absolutely horrible!!

Have you had a bad day? Have you forgotten to book elsewhere? Do you not have $300 for any other hotel in town? Here’s your answer! It’s not glamorous; however the people working here are earnestly trying to give you the best experience they can during the Pandemic and beyond. I checked in with Scott tonight and he was friendly, genuine, and our short conversation changed my evening. Thank you for helping me check in tonight Scott, and I wish the best for you and your students (he’s a teacher too!) in the future.

Shares the same lobby as Rodeway Inn. Positives: Clean, large first-floor room. Sink outside bathroom, but blocked off by a wall from the bed/sitting area. Excellent on/off to I-205 freeway, but still fairly quiet. Fridge and microwave. Very close to PDX; easy walk to Metro Train Sta to go downtown. Also close to I-205 bike trail. Negative: Peeling paint; desk chair lop-sided; only 3 hangers; only one luggage rack; gym and bkfast closed due to COVID; only one waste basket; traffic on Sandy Blvd can be very very heavy at rush hour.

We booked a room though Priceline for one night. The three rooms we were sent to had beds that were unmade, and were filthy (curtains falling) and smelled like cigarettes. The front desk woman promised she would write a note about reasons for leaving, and she didn't, which resulted in not being able to get a refund from Priceline (who were also a another challenge and disappointment). It took us hours to find another hotel and had to py $300.00 for one because it was so late at night. Do yourself a favor and prevent the aggrevation!

Fiquei uma noite sozinho nesse hotel. Não sou de arrumar ponto fraco em hotel onde tudo da certo no final, mas o clima de motel americano aberto, não aceitar dinheiro, check com o atendente trancado não inspirou sensação de segurança. Era um rodeway inn na verdade. Passei uma noite de descanso boa trancado no meu quarto. Não sei se tinha shuttle pro aeroporto pous estava de carro. Sem café da manhã devido a pandemia de covid.
