Villa Esmeralda

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its charm and comfort. The location was perfect, offering very-very clean, safe and peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, making us feel right at home. The spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together as a family. Parking as big plus. The highlight was definitely the outdoor area - garden were beautifully maintained, and we spent many memorable hours lounging and having fun. The hosts were fantastic, accommodating, and responsive to our needs. This vacation truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return next year! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

We got our own tiny semi-detached house, with a kitchen and living room downstairs, and bathroom & bedroom upstairs. The area felt spacious, excellent for a couple. WiFi was good--didn't notice any outages or slow speeds. The place feels very safe as the little houses are behind a gate, with cameras everywhere (not inside the houses of course). The private parking is very convenient. It's not often you spot a free parking space in the wild, so having one at the residence is very convenient. Everything was also very clean. Upon entering, we had to open the windows because of the strong smell of cleaning products. After about an hour we didn't notice the smell anymore and closed the windows. To some this might be a bit annoying, but we prefer it, as you know they've done a good job with the cleaning! We stayed for a week, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The only slight downside is the price, which we felt was a bit on the high side. That being said, the place is quite centrally located and has a lot to offer.

This property was amazing. I love the self check in option and that we were able to come in and out the apartment using our phones. I also love the free parking and that the property is walkable to all the stores and restaurants as well as the marina. If me and my husband come back to the Azores we will definitely be staying at Villa Esmeralda. Claudia was also very fast when I told her I was having trouble with the stove. She came in 5 minutes and showed me how to use it. 10/10 recommend

The location in the heart of Ponta Delgada was perfect, amid restaurants, culture, and shopping. Having the on site parking garage made adventures out of the city a breeze. The unit itself exceeded expectations. Can't wait to return.

Villa Esmeralda was so much more than we hoped for. The apartment's design was great, all amenities were there, very comfortable and conveniently located in the city center. It was immaculate! Garage parking was a definite plus in an area where parking is challenging. Thank you Claudia and we hope to come back!
