Sea View Resort

Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch die unhöfliche und aggressive Behandlung ruiniert. Der Pool war schmutzig (undurchsichtig) und unbenutzbar. Das Zimmer wurde fälschlicherweise als Deluxe-Zimmer beschrieben, obwohl es sich bei den Zimmern lediglich um Standardzimmer handelte. Edmond (Alter?) gab zu, dass die Beschreibung falsch war, aber die Zimmerbilder stimmten. Wir baten d***m, für ein Zimmer-Upgrade zu bezahlen, woraufhin sie aggressiv wurden und Regeln einführten, die nicht in den AGB aufgeführt waren. Sie versuchten auch, uns den vollen Zimmerpreis für eine Nacht in Rechnung zu stellen, nicht die Differenz zwischen den Zimmerpreisen. Die Hotelleitung hat keinen Respekt vor ihren Gästen und verfügt über keine Kundendienstfähigkeiten. Sie ist durchaus bereit, aggressiv mit Gästen und vor anderen Kunden in ihrem Restaurant zu streiten. Es könnte ein schöner Ort sein, wenn sie ihre Gäste respektieren und den Kundenservice verbessern würden, ihre Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf Pool- und Zimmersauberkeit verbessern und in ihrer Werbung die Wahrheit sagen würden. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Privatstrand und der Name „Sea View“ ist eine Fehlbezeichnung.

This was my very first visit to Goa & this Hotel contributed in making my holiday the best! What a great base! The location is perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the beachfront. I had everything I needed here & the Staff were helpful at all times day & night. I felt a little off for one day, just climatising I think, the Staff noticed, asked if I wanted a doctor (which I didn't need), gave me a couple of tips and kept an eye on me all day. This made me feel very safe indeed as I'd never visited the country before, it really did make a difference. Would definitely recommend this hotel on all aspects .

Great place to enjoy patnem Lovely pool and nice foid too. Taxis arranged by the owner. A great guy always asking if all is ok Restraunt serves great foid and its a short walk to beach. All in all a nice place to stay at and enjoy the lovely area 😊😊😊☀️☀️☀️☀️

Jim and Jan Just returned from 6 weeks at Seaview Hotel Goa. Excellent hotel, 5 minutes to the fantastic beach, beautiful room,spotlessly clean in all areas. Lovely friendly staff, Ramita,Akash,Devi and Pooja who are so lovely and obliging. Ednisha and Eddy the owners run a very efficient business nothing is too much trouble, although there was'nt anything to complain about. Pool cleaned every day and maintained to a high standard. Restaurant attached good food and competitive Davi and Whoopee super hosts. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and will return.

Had a fabulous time at The Seaview Resort, although it doesn't have a sea view 😅. First as a solo traveller, and later joined by my husband we were made to feel welcomed into the family atmosphere of the place. The waiting staff were a joy, rooms perfect, location great, and we felt safe that in an emergency we would be supported by the ***ager Eddie. Will definitely return next year 💜

We’ve been going to Seaview Resort for ***y years and it is consistently of a great standard. Eddy,Ednisha , Edna and “mama” are always very welcoming and friendly . We normally have a non air conditioned room and beds are solid yet comfortable and should you require a linen change and clean you just take your room key to reception and it will be done for you. All rooms have a balcony with chairs which is an added attraction. The swimming pool is just a perfect size and a great amenity to have at the hotel.The Seaview restaurant is run by Nepalese guys and is of an incredibly high standard, so much so that most people staying in Patnem that we met eat there regularly. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a stay here if your in the area.

The owners attitude was appalling.Lack of communication before arrival. room very basic and dirty had ants and cockroaches Tv didnt work .Swimming pool was ok.although none of the fountains worked.The only thing that we really liked was the staff at the restaurant which wasnt run by the hotel its self The boys were lovely and friendly and great food.The owner seemed disinterested and was grumpy.

Good to very good and very good value for money with a pool. A family (Gonsalves) run hotel; who take pride in wanting their guests to have a good experience and who take great care in maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas. The room was of a high standard, large, with a balcony and lovely view over the pool. There is an option to ask for room cleaning, which is good considering we are trying to help the environment. It would have been good to have been able to take a drink to have by the pool but this was not allowed (and understandable in some respects). The restaurant at the propery is rented out; and is operating with some success (compared with previously, I was told) and not surprisingly since the food is generally freshly cooked, of a good stanadrd and the service is excellent. However, I am not sure if the restaurant is consistent with the image the Gonsalves want to have; it has started to attract ***y tourists from outside the hotel that appear to want a 'Benidorm' experience. Excellent location for beaches and other things. Local people very friendly and some good local shops for necessities including a Chai shop almost next door. Easy to get transport to places and beaches of interest.

Excellent service, very clean, kind and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool. Great location 5 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Highly recommend if you are visiting this area.
