Property was conveniently close to Apple Hill which is a plus. We had 3 people in double room with only 2 towels in the bathroom. We stayed two nights. We asked for an extra towel around 10:30 before checkout on the last day, because the last person wanted to shower. The manager on duty told us no. She said we were checking out soon and she couldn’t give us a towel. So our guest had to reuse a towel we already had used those last two days. Yuck! We were livid. I told her again that the room had only two towels for 3 people, her excuse was she asked me the first day of checking in if I needed anything and I said no. So, it’s my fault. Obviously, we didn’t need towels the first 2 hours of checking into the room? She continued to give us excuses, still stating it was all my fault for her lousy service. We paid $280 for 2 days to be treated like crap. If you stay, bring your own towels and extra clean blankets from home. Bathroom needed a good scrub, mold was evident in the shower shelf window.
