La Leyenda Boutique Hotel by Bunik

Dies war ein sehr gemütliches Hotel, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten fühlte sich an, als wären wir mitten im Dschungel. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit mit unserem Gepäck und dabei, meine TV-Fernbedienung zum Laufen zu bringen. Sie ließen uns auch unser Gepäck früher abgeben, damit wir Tulum besuchen konnten!! Ich würde ihnen 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte.

Das Beste am Hotel ist der Service an der Rezeption. Conrad war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ok, um den Tag zu beginnen. Das Zimmer, das wir bekamen, war in Ordnung, aber es muss in neue Kissen, neue Bettwäsche, neue Handtücher und neue Poolhandtücher investiert werden. Außerdem funktionierte der Aufzug während unseres 6-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe der 5th Avenue und El Centro. Die Bilder spiegeln nicht die Realität des Hotels wider. Ich würde nicht dorthin zurückkehren.

Excellent staff most beautiful boutique hotel everything is very well thought out from the building to all the knick knacks and furniture. Extremely quiet right across from a huge Park and I was here at Christmas and over the New Year's and very very beautiful with Christmas decorations in the park. What to say a special thank you with the bartender that's up on the pool side on the roof and ask for Pablo he's got the greatest story to tell you

Property has nice common atrium/garden area that is secluded and looks like small paradise. There, among tropical trees you have two small swimming pools and jacuzzi. Its very quiet and people use it to relax and read book. This is in addition to the pool and jacuzzi on the top of building. there are also other seating areas o terraces and in hallways. It was difficult to find entrance to the hotel and we passed it few times since the main entrance to it on the side street is not used but the one on the main street facing big square and that entrance does not have the hotel name but only the name of the adjacent hotel. This was not clear from their instructions. Our room was clean and nice but small and when you put kingsize bed in it there is little room left to hardly walk around bed and only one chair without work space. That is one thing we did not like about this hotel but luckily the hotel has great common areas. Bathroom sometimes have a bit of sewage smell but that seem to be common problem for many boutique hotels. There is no coffee/tea making facility in the room and no small fridge but at the reception they have tea and coffee and even filtered drinking water which was convenient. Stuff was very friendly and gave number of great tips and suggestions. The included breakfast was very basic. Hotel is greatly located near Walmart and 5 avenue and many restaurants and beach, all in walking distance.

What a gem! We absolutely loved this place! Great breakfast included, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, balcony, I mean could not ask for more. We loved the staff as well, so helpful and happy. We definitely want to come back to this spot sometime! Definitely book this place!

Exceptional, service was excellent, and even though it was not your resort choice, this service was very good. I cannot complain about anything.
