Wszystko w porządku. Hotel czysty i personel przyjazny. Jedyne co mogę uznać za minus to brak wody w pokoju, czajnika na zrobienie herbaty, jednorazowych kapci i zestawu do szycia… :(

Alles war 1a. Hätten niemals gedacht, dass es ein so gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Bierkönigs gibt.
Einziges Manko war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich funktioniert hat. Wurde aber wesentlich besser, als wir uns gemeldet haben.
Werden wieder kommen!

Generell ist es ein schönes Hotel. Leider sind überall Ameisen zu finden. Das bedeutet nicht nur überall im Zimmer sondern auch im ganzen Hotel! Unsere Sachen waren total befallen mit ihnen und es war nicht möglich sich davor zu schützen. Weiterhin waren die Kissen im Bett schon benutzt und rochen nach schlechtem Parfum. Das Buffet bot eine unzureichende Auswahl an Essen. Es war alles frittiert oder allgemein sehr ungesund. Die Möglichkeit etwas halbwegs gesundes zu essen ohne viel Fett oder Fertigprodukte war leider nicht gegeben. Die Location in der Nähe der umliegenden Clubs zog entsprechendes Publikum auch im Hotel an.

Ci hanno assegnato una camera che aveva la muffa sulle pareti. Quando l'abbiamo segnalato ce ne hanno data un'altra che avevano appena ritinteggiato ma si sentiva comunque odore di muffa.
A colazione non c'è caffè espresso nemmeno a pagamento. Il bar che serve l'espresso non apre prima delle ore 10.
Non hanno rifatto la camera più volte nonostante fosse esposta l'indicazione di sistemarla.
La zona circostante è molto rumorosa, piena di locali tedeschi non tipici delle Bleari, sconsiglio vivamente.

L'hôtel est très bien, sauf qu'il manque de verdure et d'espace. Il n'y a pas de spa, ce qui et étonnant pour un 4 étoiles. Il est situé dans le secteur allemand, très très bruyant ! C'est ahurissant d'entendre leurs chants continus, de voir leurs comportements extrêmement imbibés. Ici, c'est l'ambiance de la fête de la bière à toute heure.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great. We did not mind the limit of three drinks per person during the lunch and dinner, but the quality and selection could be improved, especially for wine. The only wine that they offer is a house wine.Pools are on the smaller side which is not sufficient for the size of this hotel. They also close quite early with staff collecting the chairs and removing the shades/umbrellas 30 minutes before closing. If you'd like water or non-alcoholic drinks in the mini fridge you must pay for them. Therefore bring your own refillable bottles or purchase them in the stores next door. The location is close to the beach, however the hotel is located right next to Bier Konig which is the largest bier garden with "October Fest" like partying and drinking every day. There's no noise in the hotel so you won't be disturbed by it until you leave the hotel. Overall, we had a good stay, enjoyed the food and property.

- Punti a favore: la struttura è ben organizzata e pulita. Il cibo è buono, il personale è cordiale e disponibile.
- Punti migliorabili: l'animazione serale nonostante sia eseguita da artisti davvero bravi è poco coinvolgente ed a volte risulta noiosa. Nel bagno è presente solo il bagno schiuma mentre sono del tutto assenti shampoo ed altri kit. Talvolta i piatti dei ristoranti risultano lavati male
