Price is fair with 2 breakfast included. Room is spacious with 3 people stay. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

A very good experience, receptionist was helpful on check-in, room was clean with a good view, and the breakfast buffet was fine. Starbucks coffee also served in the bar area, for drinking in or taking away.
I did not use the health centre but looked reasonably good.
Quiet, clean and efficient - would use again.

Staff were incredibly helpful and very cheerful. Fantastic! Food was excelllent. Beds were really comfortable and I slept really well.
The hot tub in the health club could do with new headrests and the sauna in the ladies changing room was not working, but overall the health club was very good, and the pool was great.

No one informed us that the Sauna has bern broken for the last 10 days. Was really looking forward to staying again & usingthe sauna. Bathroom was not vleaned & sink unable to use as very boiling water. Very dissapointed aslast stay was completely different. Has put me off booking again. Also the room we checked into was not set up for 5 people. So had to move rooms 5 mins after checking in.

Service excellent food lovely. The only downside was room seemed a little tired in areas i.e bathroom, window shutters, desk chair but everything was clean and in order good and a great coffee station.

Room smelt like blue cheese. Room was freezing on arrival and could only put heating on for an hour at a time. Dated and in much need of a refurbish. Carpet stained, bathroom dirty and marked. Cheapest toilet roll ever!
Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean but the pillows and duvet were old and smelly underneath so wasted really.
Reception staff were polite and in general reception area smelt and looked clean and fresh. Down side please not you have to pay parking to stay in their hotel!!

The staff at the hotel are amazing very friendly and helpful throughput out stay. We had a baby and room was setup with crib and good enough space in the room overall and nice little gift pf chocolate bar and water when you arrive is a nice tpuch. Breakfast was great lots of choice of hot/cold food. Some parts of room need a little bit of work such as painting and maybe change the mirrors etc. But very small details and we got a quiet room and slept very well, we were very happy.
