Essen war wie immer fantastisch und hervorragend. Es war wie immer sauber und gepflegt. Nur das fernsehsignal funktionierte nicht aber diesen brauche ich nicht zwingend. Wie immer freue ich mich auf den nächsten Besuch in diesem Hotel !

Wir hatten kurz vor dem Corona-lockdown einen Aufenthalt im Hotel Villa Georgia gebucht und als Sicherheit eine Anzahlung geleistet. Leider wurde diese Reise von Seiten des Hotels storniert und wir erhielten einen Voucher, der bis Ende 2021 gültig wäre. Leider war es aufgrund der hohen Coronazahlen nicht möglich eine Reise in 2021 zu planen oder durchzuführen. Wir kontaktierten das Hotel und baten um Verlängerung des Vouchers, da bis Sommer 2022 eine Reise dann sicher buchen könnten. Leider zeigte das Hotel keinerlei Kulanz und verweigerte eine Verlängerung des Voucher. Das Geld war weg! Das ist sicherlich keine Babis für spätere Aufenthalte dort. Schade - wir wären wirklich gerne gekommen.

Das Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück war nicht gut. Verbrannte Croissants.Brot war nicht gesalzen, Man musste die Auswahl für das Frühstück am Abend bekanntgeben. Am Sonntag keine Möglichkeit am Abend im Restaurant zu essen.

This is our second stay at Villa Giorgia and it was even more lovely than the first. We were greeted warmly and given a beautiful garden suite beautifully appointed with our own terrace. The pool are was lovely and overlooked the divine countryside. The hotel restaurant was upscale without being fussy and formal. The food was amazing and the staff friendly and anxious to please. Breakfast was just as good with a nice spread. ...everything was delightful and we look forward to returning yet again in the future! A little oasis of quiet In Pistoia!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Room (superior) was a really good size. A second day chair would be good! Bathroom clean and a good size. Bed comfy.
There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves.
Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. Some cut fruit or berries would have been good. However coffee was fab!
Garden lovely though there is traffic noise. The view is spectacular! The pool looked really clean and had a good range of loungers.
Reception staff were really helpful with advice about where to visit and when.
We loved this hotel!

Villa Giorgia has been an excellent experience. We contacted the hotel on short notice and they were really helpful throughout the booking process, giving us support and advice. The room (a superior double) was in excellent state, clean and in order. Great breakfast and swimming pool. We dined at the hotel restaurant, where the service was excellent and the food was good. Suggested for couples who look for a romantic getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Georgia, the rooms were spotless and the air con was brilliant! The whole hotel was beautiful, the outdoor area and the pool was perfect. The children loved it. Staff were friendly and drinks were great and reasonably priced. We would’ve preferred more of a traditional Italian menu in the restaurant, the food we did have was lovely but slightly overpriced for what it was. Overall we were very impressed and we will hopefully return again in the future. Many thanks for a lovely holiday!

Fantastic stay, yet again, we came last year and fell in love, this year was just as special. The service is fantastic and the rooms are lush! Felt like home from home. Also the views are absolutely stunning! 5* all day long!
