The rooms exceeded expectations in cleanliness and comfort, while the exceptional staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this downtown hotel for a remarkable experience.

Хороший отель, мне понравилось. Правда на картах в приложении указан неверный адрес отель, вбивайте в Google Maps название отеля, он находится в нескольких минутах пешком от точки, что указана на trip.com.
Бассейн большой, правда большая его часть это мелководье где не покупаешься. Вместо этого лучше бы сделали места для лежаков, потому что 4 лежака на небоскреб это так себе))

這家酒店給我印象太差了，明明手機訂單就已經續住了，超過中午12點沒有下去前台辦理續住，立馬把房間電源關掉了，真是無語，服務態度太差了，重點我後面明明手機上續住了，居然把房間開給別人入住了，叫我換一個房間，真是氣人

By no doubt this is the best value for money place un city.
just be aware of one thing. There are two types of room. Small and double the size. (see pictures bellow) People will review depending on which room they had.
Also some people write good reviews because on arrival they give you a Free SIM card if you do.
is not my case. I also managed to try both rooms the big and the small because I lost my flight.
The hotel has a tendency to upgrade people to a better room when they can.
the infinity pool is 360 but they only have "4" chairs for the whole building.

It is a good experience to stay M residence…
Staffs nice & helpful. Location excellent. Sky bar is very great. Also the sky pool is must try.
Btw…the room is not that big. No table in the room, can’t do documents in room.

Swimming pool on rooftop is not available without any previous notice. I had to checkout at 6 in the morning due to my flight departure but there were no people at the front and I almost missed my flight. I think I am not going to stay here again.
