衞生：還不錯 環境：河景很棒 服務：服務比國內好很多 會中英文 設施：酒店的設施還可以，wifi很快 除了沒有一次性拖鞋其他都是沒得説 基本每次來金邊都會住他家的酒店

I was stayed here 3 times. I can say here is good place high quality and nice service.

非常好的景觀，早上起床就能看到湄公河，房間很大有兩個空調，冰箱製冷效果極強。樓下就有超市，還有一個華潤萬家。酒店check in區域和酒店本體分離大約20m左右，當天很晚落地也能有保障。酒店可以單獨購買早餐，5刀一位，泳池就在餐廳外，景觀很好，豬肉燒麥非常好吃。 但需要注意的是，酒店提供的是桶裝水，而且沒有拖鞋，其他都很好，網速挺快的。房間門開門需要刷卡後向右轉兩圈才能開鎖，關門也一樣，安全性強。

위치는 어디가나 편하고 좋은데 그 대신 넘 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 못자요 그래도 바로 아래 스벅있고 먹을것도 많아서 편리해요 위치때문에 3번정도 예약한것 같아요 서비스도 괜찮고 ~

Biggest return for the money that’s spent. The location is awesome - close to the main tourist sites and also you can easily find everything within a walking distance. The room itself is spacious and have a really nice view at dawn time. Highly reccommended.

我退房時把項鍊落在房間裏了，我打電話給他們時他們説沒有找到。這很奇怪，因為我把它藏在枱燈下面，衹有到枱燈下面找的人才能找到它😊 I was happy with my first night that I extended my night in this hotel and I left such good review. But after checking out from this hotel - I realized that I left my necklace inside the room. I called the reception and asked if they found it - they said no. Something was definitely wrong here. When I stayed I hid the necklace under the desk lamp - so IT IS THERE. If the cleaner clean the room right - they would have found it…even if they didn’t clean it right - when people from the reception look for it they would eventually find it. So someone who has access to the room has found the necklace and decided to keep it for himself. This is very wrong. In the big chain hotel - security inspects all the workers belonging everytime they leave the building. This is a fact, and perhaps - can be taken as an advice to the hotel management 🙏 Also, the way the first reception staff （a guy） left me hanging waiting for an update of the necklace - is not cool. It feels like this issue is treated as a small issue. Later on the issue was handled by a lady from the reception - we exchange few messages and phone calls - just wanna say thank you to her. Tho THEY STILL HAVE NOT FOUND the necklace - at least I know she had done everything that needed to be done. I let the necklace go. I accept the fact that I lost my valuable necklace and that person who found it do not wanna give it back. Tho I let it go, I still feel like I need to write a honest review so that the upcoming guests are aware of this situation. I also saw similar review before, so apparently I am not the only one. I hope the management take this kind of issue seriously so that I will not happened again in the future. That is my only complain. Aside from that I like the room, the view it offers, and the area of the hotel.

Good location close to Nagaworld ****** Aeon mall and many more. We had a nice view from our room.

Very best place and the staff very helpful and very caring even allowed to late check in all staff so sweet and caring, room is too good and very clean and best location all kind of travel is welcome I will back soon
