We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to central Philadelphia, in a nice, working class neighbourhood. It is on a busy side street, but it was quiet at night. This is a nicely renovated old town home, with good amenities. We really liked the full kitchen, with a full fridge. We would stay there again.

The property was nice and in a good location but we had a lot of communication problems with the managers. We weren’t sent check in instructions on time and when I called to ask them to send them the manager said “as we discussed yesterday you’ll get them at check in” and I had to remind him that we paid for early check in and should have received them already.
When we arrived the property wasn’t clean and the poor cleaning lady was so embarrassed that we arrived before it was done. She did as much as she could but you could tell the rugs were never vacuumed. It also rained one day and there was a massive leak in the ceiling that left a huge puddle on the floor.
A quick google showed us the property was for sale and it felt like the owners didn’t really want to deal with the property.
