Ich mag die Lage, da es sehr zugänglich ist 1 Utama Shopping Center. Es ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen 1 Utama über die Link Bridge. Ich war fast jeden Monat hier und dieses Mal sah ich einen Rückgang in ihrem Serviceniveau, vor allem mein Essen in ihrem Himmel Deck. Die Haltung des Managers und des Servicepersonals war nicht so angenehm, aber die Lebensmittelqualität wird beibehalten. Neben der Serviceerfahrung war das heiße Wasser nicht zweimal arbeitet und musste in technischem Team um Hilfe rufen, die meine Zeit beeinflusst. Wifi hat auch ein paar Mal abgekoppelt, was ich auf meinem Videoanruf war. Die Gesamtreinigung ist ziemlich gut !

2 Übernachtungen im Eastin Hotel. Die Lage ist von einem Bürogebäude umgeben, daher ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und groß. Es gibt eine Badewanne in der Toilette. Das Fitnessstudio ist ausgezeichnet. Ausreichend Parkplätze stehen Gästen zur Verfügung und in der Nähe der MRT-Station. Es ist überfüllt, um von UM zu diesem Hotel zu gelangen, aber wenn Sie außerhalb der Stoßzeiten reisen, sollte dies in Ordnung sein.

Habe dort während einer Geschäftsreise 2 Nächte verbracht. Super freundlicher Check-in, sogar um Mitternacht. Das Personal an der Rezeption, insbesondere Mohd Ashraf, ist eine Freude und äußerst sachkundig. Ich empfand ihn als höflich, professionell und entgegenkommend, sogar sehr spät in der Nacht, und er war immer noch die einzige Person an der Rezeption. Habe festgestellt, dass das Superior King-Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank hatte und der Duschgelbehälter leer war, als ich eincheckte. Habe es dem Housekeeping gesagt und es dauerte einen Tag, bis sie einen Minikühlschrank fanden, aber irgendwie haben sie es versäumt, den Duschgelbehälter aufzufüllen. Zum Glück hatte ich mein eigenes Duschgel mitgebracht. Es gab keinen zentralen Lichtschalter im Zimmer. Alles musste manuell ein- und ausgeschaltet werden. Der Duschbereich war teilweise gereinigt und an den Rändern waren Staubspuren. Dasselbe mit der Toilette. Und dasselbe mit dem Zimmer. Das sagte mir, dass das Housekeeping-Personal nur die praktischsten Bereiche reinigte und keine gründliche Arbeit leistete. Aber es war ok. Das Bett und das Kissen waren super schön und das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl es zur Monorail-Station Kota Damansara hinausging. Ich habe auch daran gedacht, die Vorhänge zu schließen, um etwas Privatsphäre zu haben. Es gab eine direkte Sichtlinie zu dieser Station und zur Hauptstraße. Obwohl die Einschienenbahnen fuhren, konnte ich kaum Lärm hören. Die beiden Nächte waren sehr friedlich und ich wachte erfrischt und bereit auf. Das drahtlose Breitband im Zimmer war sehr gut und ich führte mehrere Videoanrufe und zwei Videokonferenzsitzungen am Abend und in der Nacht. Der Tisch und der Stuhl entsprachen meinen Bedürfnissen. Das Housekeeping hat meine kostenlosen Wasserflaschen auch nicht aufgefüllt, aber auch das war nur ein kleines Ärgernis, da der Wasserkocher wirklich nützlich war. Ich musste den Wasserkocher aus seiner Schachtel nehmen, da der Dampf des kochenden Wassers die obere Glasküchenplatte wirklich beschlagen ließ. Das Parken war super praktisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mir total gut gefallen. Habe meine Geschäftsgespräche geführt und mich beim Frühstück mit meinem Geschäftspartner unterhalten. Das Frühstück endete um 10:30 Uhr, aber das ist genug Zeit. Das Kuih-Muih oder lokale Gebäck übertraf meine Erwartungen und war sehr, sehr, sehr gut. Die Misosuppe war unglaublich und das Personal wusste tatsächlich, wie man perfekte halbgekochte Eier macht. Nicht hartgekocht und nicht roh – hübsch in einer kleinen Schüssel serviert. Der Koch schlug die Eier sogar einzeln in die Schüssel, um sicherzustellen, dass sie akzeptabel waren, und gab sie dann in eine einzige Schüssel. Perfekt. Ich habe in vielen Hotels übernachtet und bin froh, dass es im Royale Chulan Damansara verfügbar war. Die Salami- und Käseauswahl war sehr, sehr gut, ebenso wie die Auswahl an Currys und Roti Canai. Absolut köstlich. Das einzige, was nicht mithalten konnte, war die Kaffeemaschine.

Unerwartet mit den verfügbaren Einrichtungen, mehr als 5-Sterne-Hotel, wenn Sie nur planen, für eine Nacht mit 5-Sterne-Hotel-Sentiment zu bleiben, machen Sie ein Buch mit Greystones Centrestage.

Ich wohne hier ab und besuchen Sie die Pesta Bola merdeka und nehmen Sie lrt zu bukit jalil.Kein WiFi verfügbar und kein gutes Decknetz. Nr. 3 in 1 Beutel zum Trinken. nur Mineralwasser.Wenn Sie dort kein Restaurant hungern. Sie sollten durch Lieferfahrer bestellen. Aber die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut und das Zimmer sieht wie neu und modern aus.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Perfect Host and Greystone have their own check in counter (both had rented units at the ground floor as their lobby)..It was a straightforward lobby, nothing special. For check in purpose, everything was all right. I got my keys to my unit within 10 minutes upon registration. Maybe it was on a Sunday, so it was not crowded, only me there checking in. Paid a deposit of RM100 and got my keys to my unit. Actually the building itself consist of shopping complex, retail units and also a hotel previously..so the room that were offered by Perfect Host and Greystone is actually a hotel room. I did not explore the building but it is not as lively as before when I visited before in 2017. There is a MyNews at the ground floor near to the lobby, so it was convenient to get some essentials if u need. There are also a pub, Victoria Station restaurant also..and some other food outlet but limited choices. The corridor of the hotel room need some housekeeping (can c that it was not cleaned for some time), but the room inside was fantastic clean and comfortable. So it was a surprise for me as outside the hotel corridor and inside the room there is a whole lot of difference. Trust me, the room is the same as the picture in Trip.com. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo smells good too. For room, I have no complaint.It exceed my initial expectation (after reading some reviews), but the outside corridor of the room really need some cleaning. Some of the negative review about this place is the parking. Yup, it is actually an issue but sometimes not everything is perfect, but I don't blame the host as they are only running an AIRBNB concept, so for me is acceptable as the rate im paying per night (RM63 Nett), is still ok for me. For parking wise, it really depends on when u r checking in..if is on a Sunday or Saturday, there would be ample parking within the ground floor. If is on a weekdays, then it might be full. But dont worry there is basement parking as well. The rate is calculated RM12 per entry per day for the parking at the ground floor (same level as the lobby) and this comes to RM24 for 2 days provided if you are not leaving the hotel. If it is at the basement, then it goes by the hour (you need to do your own calculation whether is most cost worthy to park, how many hours u r gonna park there). Other than that, for me at the rate I am paying and also quality of the room (minus the parking issue and cleaniness of the corridor), I would give this place the thumbs up. Good stay for me, but of course this is only my personal opinion as a reference.I would rate this place 4 out of 5 star.

Das Frühstück ist so alltäglich wie es nur geht. 5. Öffentliche Toilette ziemlich sauber. 6. Das Zimmer ist früh fertig, wie ich dachte, und ich kann vor 15:00 Uhr einchecken. Danke.! Ich werde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Der Auspufffan des Toilettens scheint gebrochen oder umgekehrt installiert zu sein, wenn der Toilettenschalter (leicht und Auspufffan) geöffnet wird, der 'unglaubliche' Geruch/Luft aus dem Auspufffan kommt. Ich hatte den Service zweimal angerufen, aber sie sprühen nur Duft, Sie sagen, der Ingenieur wird ankommen, 1030pm warten bis 12am, und sie sagen, Ingenieur nicht frei/ noch servieren andere Zimmer. Stellen Sie sich vor, Bad/Badewanne und kann nicht auspufffans verwenden, fühlen Sie sich schwindlig da, ich buchte dieses Hotel cuz Ich brauche Entspannung und genieße das Bad, aber leider kann ich nicht. Mehr habe ich auch gesehen, dass der Personal-Duftspray im Zimmer bleibt vom letzten Gast beim Einchecken (Ich selbst und lassen Sie mich denken, es wird nicht beheben. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das Innenraum ist sehr schön, aber der Geruch macht uns nicht genießen können.
