The first day I slept in and the bed was rock hard! I started inspecting the mattress and discovered that it was upsidedown! The pillow top was on the bottom. I broke 2 nails turning it around but man, so worth it.

我在這家酒店住了5晚，是商務出差。 這是我在多米尼加住的第一家酒店。的確，跟部分評論中提到過的一樣，這兒有一些問題，但是如果住過其他酒店，或者瞭解過其他酒店的價格，對比之下就能夠理解，這條件沒什麼可抱怨的。我們不能拿另一個國家的住宿標準標準，來要求其他國家做的一樣吧。 這兒的服務員挺好的，我會説西班牙語，所以跟他們的溝通很順暢。如果有人遇到説英語沒有被理解到位的話，那我們換位思考一下，如果有一個外國人在您面前嘰裏呱啦，您什麼感受呢，對吧。理解萬歲。 也希望酒店可以改進，不要什麼都不在乎嘛

每次出差都住這裏，主要是交通比較便利。 但是這次明顯感覺房間味道很重，難聞。 衞生也比較差，很多灰塵。 花灑龍頭也是壞的。 早餐也很差。不知道發生了什麼會這麼糟糕。 價格不算低，真的需要提高服務質量。 下次應該不會入住了。

Horrible ! L'hôtel possède un night club qui empêche les clients de dormir. Le vacarme est énorme les vendredis et samedis soirs. De plus, aucun gym ni piscine.

Housekeeping needs to be improved. Linens / towels are replaced when the laundry is done using the same towels while guests waits without towels. Staff was attentive but could improve some.

The room needs some remodeling and the rooftop disco makes the hotel too crowded at night.

I couldnt Sleep because there is a discotec in the 9th floor, the music was so loud until 6:00 AM in the morning. It was terrible. I want a refund.

The condition are very very poor and probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, too many better option in the area for the same or similar price.

Good in general hotel well located big clean room good wifi and stong a/c breakfast included but employees are not smilling

I didn't like the smell of the restaurant area where they served breakfast and the fact that a cat was in the kitchen was a turn-off for me. The room had a funny smell and the glass was really dirty.

Everything was just great, but there was a lot of traffic inside the hotel late in the night, there a disco club inside the hotel

The lady at the kitchen (breakfast) must be replaced. (The dark skinned; she’ll be easy to recognize by her bad attitude). She’s always in a bad mood. Every single day and every single minute she bitter. If she’s the first hotel representative that your guests will face in the mornings, then she’ll destroy hotel’s reputation. Front desk staff and parking lot staff are great, very kind and attentive. La señora de la cocina (desayuno) debe ser reemplazada. (La morena alta, es fácil reconocerla por su mala actitud) Ella siempre está de mal humor. Cada día y cada minuto trae una cara y actitud amargada. Si ella es la primera representante del hotel con la que se encontrarán sus huéspedes por las mañanas, destruirá la reputación del hotel. El personal de recepción y el personal del aparcamiento son geniales, muy amables y atentos.

There was no water for Toilets and showering for about 1 hour... and of course at the perfect timing

The property needs to be DEEP CLEANED there was puberty hair and dirty tub. Clogged shower, sink squeaky bed. This needs to be addressed ASAP this is a great location please fix asap!
