Check-in was smooth, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for a hassle-free experience. If you’re looking for a lakefront getaway with a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

Hotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.

The location is good as close to the airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport.

The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes to downtown--pretty convenient. It is interesting to watch the seaplanes land right in front of the hotel. A shuttle runs 24/7 to the airport, which was nice. The last downtown shuttle returns to hotel at 7:20pm which requires planning to return. The restaurant is very busy in the morning and has a waiting list. The hotel hallways were dirty and not vacuumed the weekend. Hall trash bins were overfull and trash laid around them. The rooms were clean, but did not have a microwave.

雖然設施有些老舊，但這仍然是一家讓人賓至如歸的酒店！服務人員周到而熱情，哪怕在早餐最忙的時候，服務員始終保持着微笑。餐廳的食物也很棒，面對着湖景，豐盛的早餐，喝一杯咖啡，開啟美好的一天！
