Haustierfreundliche Hotels in Marrakesch

Luxus. Die Zimmer sind groß und verfügen über eine große Terrasse und einen privaten Pool mit Blick auf den Platz im Erdgeschoss. Sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut, Fünf-Sterne-Service, sehr intim. Die Dekoration ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das einzig schlechte ist, dass der Geruch von Ölrauch in der Küche unten in den Raum dringt, was einige Auswirkungen hat.

Wunderbare Lage, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Marrakesch sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das jüdische Viertel, der Palais Badi und das Bab Agnaou sind nur 10 Minuten entfernt, die Koutoubia-Moschee und der Geheime Garten erreichen Sie in 10–15 Minuten. Allerdings haben wir uns am ersten Tag bei der Ankunft auf der Suche nach dem Riad verlaufen. Eine genauere und detailliertere Wegbeschreibung (nicht nur eine Karte) in der Buchungsbestätigung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das Riad ist sehr sauber. Das Personal reinigte unser Zimmer und wechselte täglich die Handtücher. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde wenig Plastikverpackung verwendet – sehr umweltfreundlich! Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Riad jedem empfehlen, der ein authentisches Riad-Erlebnis in Marrakesch sucht.

Der Service ist sehr gut, es kann Spa und warm gemacht werden, der Service ist sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter sprechen grundsätzlich Englisch

Didn’t know much about the Riad’s in Morocco but after the stay I understood the culture more. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the Riad for a while some locals helped us locate it through the alleyways (They did demand tips but we didn’t have enough small cash yet) It was scarier walking through the alleyways than it seemed but quite a chaotic main road. The inside was lovely couldn’t tell too much on arrival but the next day you could see the beautiful interior. Clean and accommodating. The host was friendly and recommend lots to do. The breakfast wasn’t for me but my friend enjoyed it

Alles war in Ordnung, das Personal war super freundlich. Ein Tag in meinem Zimmer war ein wenig kalt. Aber außer diesem alles war in Ordnung. Hit Wasser in der Dusche, schatzliche Dachoppe und die schatzlichste Ginger Katze kam zu Ihnen für Kuppel umgggg ich noch vermisst diese Cutie! Ich reservierte 2 Tage mit einem Tag keine Reservierung für den Aufstieg jabal Toubkal und sie hielten meine Sachen ohne Probleme! Frühstück war 4€ und es war ziemlich groß und ziemlich gut Frühstück einschließlich Mingtee ♥️

Don’t be shocked when you’re taken to a cheap back office beside the portal of the hotel after you arrived. It’s here where the check-in and check-out and all the guest related issues are handled. After you’re cleared you’re lead through a luxuriously decorated hall that seems to have been designed to be the reception of a five star hotel. The actual purpose of it was never revealed. The service was acceptable at best. One had the impression the personal was hiding from the guests. That said the hotel has marvelous premisses and the suites are decorated tastefully. The pool is too cold!

I had a wonderful experience across all three hotels I stayed in, each offering something unique and memorable. **Hotel One:** My stay here was truly pleasant, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff. Fatima Al Zehra, Omar, and Saied were especially kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options to start the day.

I actually did not stay in this Riad. I booked this Riad via trip.com for 3 nights and paid upfront. But when we reached there, person over there said there is no booking. They even said they don’t know what trip.com is. Even phone number on trip.com and even google is not right. When I saw that number to person over there, he didn’t recognise number. Owner of Riad finally talked to trip.com and told me that he will give us accommodation on different Riad for one night and somewhere else for another two night. First accommodation was good but second one for two nights was extremely small and not up to mark.  Now I don’t know who was on fault here whether this Riad who purposefully overbooked and then accommodated me on different cheap Riad OR trip.com who didn’t confirm booking with them.  Our holiday was completely ruined.

Die Riad ist absolut wunderschön charmant marokkanisches Design, ein friedliches Hof und eine Dachterrasse perfekt für Frühstück oder Wind. Die Lage ist ideal, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von Jemaa el-Fnaa, aber ruhig genug, um sich zu entspannen. Unser Zimmer war spotless, der Air-con funktionierte gut, und alles fühlte sich sauber und frisch. Das Frühstück war großzügig und schmeckt, serviert auf der Terrasse mit einem entspannten Vibe. Ich gebe 4 von 5 für den Service nur, weil das Personal die Zimmer nicht regelmäßig überprüft hat. Manchmal wurden wesentliche Dinge wie Toilettenpapier oder... nicht wieder gelagert, wenn wir nicht gefragt. Das Team war freundlich, aber ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit hätte es perfekt gemacht. Insgesamt ist es ein schöner Aufenthalt und ich würde es absolut empfehlen.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.
