This is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants. We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum. There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great. The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals. Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever. We will return

Der Ort ist schön und sauber, das Personal war auch sehr hilfreich. Aber beachten Sie, dass die Adresse nicht die tatsächliche Adresse der Riad ist. Ich reise allein, und ich buchte nur diese Riad, weil es genau neben dem Ort, wo meine Freunde bleiben. Ich fand erst, wenn ich ankomme, dass es ein 4-5mins Spaziergang von der tatsächlichen Adresse angegeben auf trip.com. Das war sehr irreführend und sie sollten die richtige Adresse aktualisieren. Kudos an das Personal, das sehr nett war, mich viele Male zu gehen, da ich lieber jemanden zu mir zu gehen früh morgens, und in der Nacht. Wasser, und auch sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ein weiteres Problem, das ich hatte, war, dass ich einen Flughafentransport organisiert habe, um mich vom Flughafen zu nehmen, und es wurde dem Fahrer gesagt, dass er das Hotelzeichen mit meinem Namen tragen wird. Ich konnte den Fahrer nicht finden und panikiert, wieder, weil ich allein reist. Ich musste die Riad anrufen, um zu begreifen, dass der Fahrer nicht das richtige Zeichen trägt, sondern ein anderer Name ähnlich Riad Dar Massai, und hatte nicht meinen Namen auf ihm. Das war ehrlich gesagt unmöglich, zu erkennen, wer mein Fahrer ist. Das Zeichen sollte zum ersten Mal in Marrakesch für den Gast klar gemacht werden, um nur ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + Name des Gastes” zu zeigen. Schließlich war das Klimaanlage groß, aber die Schleifen waren wirklich dünn. Ich weiß, sie lieferten zusätzliche Schleifen, aber ich habe es nicht verwendet. So bin ich sehr kalt in der Nacht. Neben den wenigen Nachteilen ist es im Allgemeinen ein schön gestaltet Riad, ich liebe die Innenarchitektur wirklich, und die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, Duschen sind heiß und schön.

Very good Riad the food and the personal were amazing the Riad is very calm et very beautiful. Furthermore the staff is very helpful I have forgotten something and the personal bring me to the location. I gladly recommend this stay

Amazing hotel, brilliant staff who can't do enough for you. Food amazing !!!!! So much choice ..Rooms faultless.. Reception staff are so helpful!! A taxi to Marrakech centre is MAD150. Be careful not to be ripped off. The hotel offer a bus service, twice a day its free otherwise you have to pay . The city centre is definitely a visit. It's great to stay and enjoy the hotel but go and enjoy Marrakech as well

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

Am Tag des Eincheckens kam ich sehr spät an und sagte, ich wolle ein ruhiges Zimmer, also wurde ich in die innerste Ecke geschickt. Als ich die Tür sah, waren die Vorhänge nicht fest genug und ich fühlte, dass es noch schlimmer war. Ich bat darum, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Glücklicherweise war das Wechseln des Zimmers ziemlich schnell, aber das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wurde geändert, da sich auf dem Balkon im zweiten Stock ein Block befand, sodass die Beleuchtung überhaupt nicht gut war. Die drei Mahlzeiten, die ich aß, hatten keinen Tag, da das Frühstück um 10 Uhr endete. Das Mittag- und Abendessen war ähnlich und es gab nichts zu essen außer dem gegrillten Fisch und keinen Meeresfrüchten. Die Bilder täuschten. Es gibt einige Orte zum Spielen, aber das Wasser in einem anderen Pool mit Rutsche ist kalt, sodass es nur angezeigt werden kann.

I had a wonderful stay at Riad 16 Dar & Pool. The riad was clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, and the pool was a great place to relax. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Ayoub for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this riad! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, das Brot ist lecker, es gibt Eierkuchen und das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Relativ nah am Aussichtspunkt. Kein Trinkwasser vorhanden, zu wenige Steckdosen. Das große Bett wurde für mich in ein Standardzimmer umgewandelt, aber dem Chef war das egal, aber er hat mich trotzdem ausgetrickst
