Sehr schöne Gemeinderäume, aber laut bis 1 Uhr und das Personal kommt um 9 Uhr, um das Zimmer zu reinigen, auch wenn der Check-out ist um 11

The location is wonderful: within walking distance to all attractions ( 6min to Syntagma Square, 6 min to Monatisraki Squrare, 9min to Plaka...). Hotel is easy to find thanks to sign posted at the corner of Perikleous and Thissios. Very close to restaurants and shopping yet very quiet at night. I had the Pegasus room: it is spacious, with high ceiling, large windows and a balcony. The decor is modern and elegant. Bedding is comfortable, shower is good. There's no front desk receptionist per se, but the cleaning lady was there around 9AM to probably 4PM if you need help with anything. And she is a gem, cheerful and helpful. One drawback: the phone# listed on the voucher doesn't work on weekends (not sure it works on weekdays either) and there's no way to leave a message. I happened to check in on a Monday (3PM is the official time), I tried to contact the hotel on Saturday to get the needed info: tough luck, nobody there to answer the phone. I had to wait till Sunday at 4:40PM to get what I need. When I travel I plan from A to Z myself and it would be nice if I could get whatever info I need more than 24 hrs ahead of time.

The location is great as we’re surrounded by restaurants and minutes’ walk to the vibrant city. We selected a room with an Acropolis view but it’s really just a tiny glimpse of the Acropolis in between buildings. The balcony was not very clean so we didn’t stay out much but the room was clean enough. Thanks for complimentary bottle of wine 🍷 for our honeymoon but too bad we don’t drink 😅 Some local desserts would be nice 😊

Wir kamen vor der Check-in-Zeit an, aber das Zimmer war fertig, sodass wir sofort einchecken konnten. Das Zimmer war sauber und zufriedenstellend. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war nicht so toll, aber das lässt sich nicht ändern. Ich habe mich auch gefreut, eine Espressomaschine zu sehen. Gute Lage, Plaka ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab das Problem, dass sich der Türknauf im Badezimmer leicht lösen ließ, aber das hat keine Probleme verursacht, also bin ich trotzdem dort geblieben.

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und reagierte sehr professionell und effizient. Sie lösten alle Probleme und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wunderschönes Dachrestaurant mit einem wunderbaren Pool. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass der Duschkopf in unserem Badezimmer in der Mitte der Dusche war, sodass Wasser gegen den Vorhang spritzte und ins Badezimmer tropfte … eine einfache Lösung.

Nach dem Einchecken mehr als 30 Minuten auf den Zimmerschlüssel warten, mehr als 10 Minuten auf den Lift zum Frühstück warten. Unhöfliches Gepäckpersonal. Sehr nettes Personal am Pool auf dem Dach. Kein Schatten am Pool verfügbar (ich verstehe, dass sie wegen des Windes keine Sonnenschirme aufs Dach stellen können, aber beim Pool auf Ebene 1 im Innenhof verstehe ich das nicht). Wenn Sie nicht nach einer Geduldsprobe suchen, meiden Sie das. Check-in/Check-out-Warteschlange auf dem Bild um 15 Uhr. Schlimmer um 10/11 Uhr

Ich war von diesem Hotel für den Preis beeindruckt. Sehr zentral gelegen, mit der U-Bahn-Station direkt vor der Tür. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr komfortabel. Mein Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber es bietet alles, was man braucht. Viele Kissen auf dem Bett, flauschige Handtücher und alle tollen Annehmlichkeiten. Man bekommt alles, was man braucht, und noch mehr. Kostenloses Wasser gibt es auch. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. So viel Auswahl. Ich liebe die Terrasse. Es gibt Whirlpools auf der Terrasse! Ich habe auch im Restaurant gegessen, das sehr gut war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist auch cool. Ich komme wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Athen bin.

Great priced hotel adjacent to a large park. Only a few minutes walk from Piraeus Port Gates 7, 8 & 9 and Metro into Athens and airport. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, harbour and only 10 minute walk to beach. Room very clean, bathroom modern and decor tasteful with soft furnishings and fittings all coordinated. Air-conditioning great and mini fridge actually cold. Towels and toiletries provided too. Yes the wardrobes and furniture a bit dated but have been painted to give more contemporary feel and everything matches, even the scatter cushions and curtains. Added bonus was lovely balcony overlooking the park. The staff too - front of house, cleaners, waiting staff all smiley and helpful. Seriously, for the price including a light continental breakfast you can't go wrong. We would highly recommend for a night or 2 stay before and after island hopping. Will definitely return. Da es unsere Flitterwochen waren, war dies unsere erste Buchung und es war nahezu perfekt. Die Lage war nicht ideal, da es abgelegen war, aber das Hotel war sehr schön und hatte alles, was wir brauchten.

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly. None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly. The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough. The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long. The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????
