GGastnutzerThis is a beautiful homestay in the middle of an ancient village and close to the main road. If you do not want to walk, they have a rental bike. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although they speak little English, Google Translate has helped. They serve a beautiful table service breakfast. Like most farm homestays in China. They do not have a restaurant. But there is a big one in the next village, and it is walkable. Otherwise, the main square will be 10 minutes away by (DiDI) taxi.
The homestay is a renovated Diaolou built over 100 years ago. The stairs were shallow and steep because it is the originals. You can read about their beautiful and extraordinary transformation on the wall of the beautiful Lobby. The room was beautifully furnished, and the A/C and WiFi work beautifully, especially in Southern China. The humidity could be unbearable, which is a big plus. The shower was large and clean, with plenty of hot water. There were also a lot of outside areas. Some rooms also include a private patio and balcony. The amenities were first class: a very comfortable bed and fresh sheets. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want to visit Kaiping. I will be back again. Book fast. I am sure most travelers will find out about this gem soon.

The luxury coach from the international airport stops at the hotel just across the road, which makes it very accessible and direct route to the airport.
There is a famous dim sum restaurant among the low level shops and eateries behind.
The shopping mall is great for shopping and many good restaurants are at the third floor inside the mall.It is on high floor and the room outside view is nice.
The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. There is also a washing machine inside the room where we do our laundry every two days. There is no dryer so have to improvise drying the clothes on the grilles at the windows.
Considering the good room rate, it is worth to choose to stay at this well-equipped and big room and enjoyed the surrounding amenities, mall, restaurants and parks. Will choose this again if coming back to Jiangmen.

It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

ややどかりり日本人バックパッカーです。シンプルで快適な宿でした。お湯もたっぷり出て、安心してシャワーが浴びられました。洗濯物の干せる屋上もあり助かりました。1月の開平は寒くもなく暑くもなく観光に最適です。夜は歩行街へ行ってみてください。たくさんの屋台で楽しいです。花甲麺アサリ麺がおいしいですよ☺
米甘香のタウナギ釜飯もオススメです。

Die Isolierung ist gut, die Nacht ist besonders ruhig und die Ruhe ist sehr ruhig. 衞生：圖中可看：1️⃣藍色的皮面椅子用酒精棉片擦出來多少灰塵 2️⃣馬桶都是黃色的污垢 3️⃣盛放沐浴露的容器，全是凝固在出口的沐浴露和洗髮水 4️⃣空調線下方的衣架，怕是上位租客晾曬後，店家未收拾 5️⃣廁所的衣服架上遺留着拆封了的一次性物品包裝 。綜上所述：住得人膈應。如果衹是陳舊都還好，這是臟！大家謹慎選擇吧。如果不是自己有帶床上用品，當日會扭頭就走。
環境：酒店在飛沙灘景區內，出酒店就是海邊。陽枱面朝大海，可看日出。可是站在陽台就可看見隔壁房間，沒有私隱。隔壁的陽台也可直接跨過來，除非一直待在房間裏鎖住窗户門，不然是沒有安全保障的。女孩子謹慎選擇！
服務：老闆人還是很好的，店裡也可以提供租車服務。也可以在他們前廳點菜吃飯。
